Best Creative Japanese Restaurants in Okotoks

First time checking it out and it was amazing - food, drinks and service (Virginia was top notch) The only thing I would critique would be that it was a tad bit noisy in there and was hard to have a conversation without having to repeat ourselves - would repeat!

Food was exceptional as always. We got the agedashi mozzarella, chicken karage, tuna carpaccio, and lamb x3. Everything was exceptional but mozzarella was especially delicious. We finished with the basque cheesecake paired with black tea. Highly recommend taking the advice of the tea master for dessert and tea pairings.

Nothing compares to Sukiyaki house. My most trusted lunch venue. 10/10+

Enjoyed the Omakase experience. Chef May served us herself and shared stories, pictures, and an outstanding meal with us. All the food was fantastic, with highlights like the Sea Breem, the bison dumpling, and Shishamo (I hope I got that right after researching!) Would have liked to know the cost beforehand, as it was expensive, but certainly with it for a birthday experience
