As someone with celiac disease, dining out can sometimes be challenging. I had contacted the restaurant in advance, and Chef Nicolas went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was thoughtfully prepared with careful attention to preventing gluten cross-contact. What impressed me most was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. When they explained that the escargot I had requested could not be prepared safely for me, they helped me find another wonderful option. My personalized appetizer was delightful, the fish was absolutely delicious, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his T-bone steak.
