Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Woodstock

The staff is always the best and the food is that high quality you would expect on Killington but with very reasonable prices. I am always satisfied every time I got to Charity’s!

We've eaten here a couple of times and found the food and drink quality very good! The menu is fairly diverse, with comfort/pub food, but also some very good vegetarian options, which I appreciate. I had a delicious roasted veggie sandwich and my husband had a very hearty grain bowl. Our son said his grilled cheese was really good, as was the side of butternut squash soup. Service was friendly and efficient. Another standout: they offer some really good mocktails! I had one that included beet juice and ginger beer, and it was delicious (and pretty!)

Always great beer, service and food. Allie, our server was right over to take our beer order and to give us the specials list. The beer here is ice cold and there are many choices. After looking over the menu the Ravioli special stood out as it's one of my favorites. Allie said she sampled it and loved it. We initially wanted to share one as an appetizer, however, it was so delicious we ordered a second order. Service was fantastic throughout!

Everything was great, as usual. Great service, great atmosphere and great food.

Was a very nice meal in a very nice setting. Great staff.
