We are now frequent customers of the Perimeter Culinary Dropout location. Last evening, Mia did an excellent job as our server. The food was fabulous as always.

Reserved Trade Root on a Sunday for a late afternoon working session with a business partner. I asked for a quiet table near power outlets and the server situated us perfectly. We both ordered Espresso Martinis and the Salmon Caesar salad. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the drinks were just strong enough to get our creative juices without overstimulating us. We ended up working there for 3.5 hours, so the validated valet parking came in very handy. My only nit that night was that the restaurant only had one server on duty while we were there. He did his best to make frequent rounds, however, we had to hunt him down when we were ready for our check. This being a hotel restaurant, I would expect more staff on duty during dinner hours. We'll definitely return for the next round!
