Made a reservation for my group of friends, and this was a great place! We decided to order family style for the table, and just asked for it to come out as it was ready. Wow, what a treat! The people helping us were awesome, every dish we ordered was hot, tasty, and delicious. We enjoyed ourselves so much and asked if they do private parties for the next time we’re going to be in MSP. Can’t wait to go back!

Jujube is a Chinese Texas BBQ restaurant, bringing together traditional Chinese flavors from Owners Linda Cao & Peter Bian, and Texas-style smoked meats, under Chef “Texas” Jake Johnson. Our menu is designed to be shared, from starters like Texas Twinkie Wontons to wok-fired entrees like Cumin Lamb Chow Fun. You can choose different proteins and try a little of everything; all our meats are smoked in-house. Our Jujube Feast is the best way to experience what we do—a guided experience for the whole table, full of southern comfort and Chinese communality. The Jujube beverage program, brought to you by Peder Schweigert, features carefully crafted cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks perfectly balanced in flavor and culture. We also provide one of the broadest and most authentic baijiu selections in the state.Whether you are joining us for a quick dinner, celebrating a milestone, or visiting for the first time, our goal is to create a thoughtful and memorable experience.

Met a friend to celebrate her birthday with my sister-in-law for lunch. The server was friendly and very informative. I ordered pad thai with salmon, gluten-free, and a cup of hot and sour soup. Our server made it clear to me that the soup had gluten in it, which was great! I told her that's my little cheat (not celiac, thank God). Then she brought my friend not only one birthday dessert on the house, but two! How sweet! And they were delicious. Apple crumble and pumpkin cheesecake. And no, I didn't have any. ;)
