Five stars for Anthony and Derrick at Hey Yuet! I ordered the Har Gau, Supreme Shu Mai with Scallop and Shrimp, Pea Shoot Dumplings, Steamed Veggie Dumplings, and Shrimp Rice Rolls. The kitchen usually pours soy sauce directly over the shrimp rice rolls, but Derrick easily accommodated my request to serve the sauce on the side. Anthony and Derrick both provided fabulous service throughout my meal, and their attentive care is why I am leaving five stars!
