Staff were friendly on arrival - prompt with taking drinks and food orders and also clearing away once we finished. Paying with the eatclub app was simple and easy and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food which was served quickly and delicious prior to attending a movie at the Palace. The food was delicious except that they ran out of broccolini and gave me broccoli instead. Coffee was great. Great kids menu with free kids drinks.
