If you are a foodie or simply enjoy culinary adventures, then be sure to book a dinner at NOSA. Graham is an impressionist artist with flavours and every course is perfectly matched to a wine. Since it was a rainy October night there were only about 7 or 8 tables booked that we could see. It is about a 3-hour meal, harmoniously paced. If you are staying in Ojo Caliente or even within a 30 mile radius, treat yourself to either dinner on a Friday or Saturday, or one of two lunch seatings on a Sunday. For the lunch, or a dinner during the longer days of summer, I would imagine the views from the two tables by the windows would be ideal.

Every visit is a fantastic experience, and the attention to detail truly sets this place apart. It’s always a pleasure dining here, and we look forward to coming back every time. Highly recommend Market Steer to anyone looking for an incredible dining experience!

My waiter, Efrain was outstanding. The Chilean Sea Bass, Flan Desert and presentation were excellent. . I'll definitely put the La Plazuela on my list when visiting Santa Fe in the future. Great overall experience.

Very nice ambience, good service and delicious food. As a pescatarian, I had limited choices as they managed to sneak chicken stock into the curry carrot soup but putting that aside the dishes I was able to try were wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our friends joined us for a wonderful dinner at Skyfire. The cocktails, wine, and food were amazing as always, and Carolina took care of us as if we were her friends. Knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The farolitos all over the property were beautiful and festive. Go and enjoy!

    One of the best meals I've had in a long time. The sea bass was fantastic. We had a great experience. Wonderful service. Love the fact that they have an extensive choice of 1/2 bottles of wine. Fantastic ambiance. The whole evening could not have been better.
