She was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to come across service that strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, but Felicity absolutely delivered. Her attention to detail, positive energy, and commitment to creating a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. Joey Sherway continues to set the standard for hospitality, and experiences like this are exactly why I consistently come back.

    I had an amazing experience at Earls Sherway! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, modern, lively, and comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and everything came out quickly. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, the service and quality exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Earls Sherway to anyone looking for a great dining experience and will be coming back again soon!

    Still the best Red Lobster in town! Although the prices have skyrocketed this location has the best servers, and the food is always served hot and fresh! For extra good service ask to sit in King’s or Kim’s section.
