We started with their surf and turf skewer, these were ok. I had the Chateaubriand and a baked potato with herbed butter, cheddar and sour cream. WOW, the most tender and flavorful I’ve ever had, the blend of the herbed butter, sour cream and cheddar on the potato was stunning. My wife had the crispy sea bass with garlic truffle mashed potato’s. The fish was perfectly cooked. It was nice and crispy, delicious flavor, mild and a little natural saltiness from the skin. The potato’s were heavenly, so much flavor and silky smooth. Wine recommendations from our server were perfect. We finished dinner with cheesecake and apricot Scnapps.
