An afternoon tea to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very nice selection of vegetarian sandwiches and cakes. Sally was looking after us and she went over and above to make it a great experience. Recommended.

We used an afternoon tea voucher for 2 at this location which had been purchased for us as a gift. We were greeted at reception and guided to the area for afternoon tea. The staff were very polite and professional with directing us to our table explaining the menu and serving us during our time. The option we had was very nice and presented well.

All Staff encountered were professional, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was probably the best plant based burger and chips I have ever eaten!! We will definitely lunch here again.

The drawing room closes at 7pm and our on line booking was for 7pm so we were re allocated to their No 43 restaurant which is open from 7pm to 9pm. The restaurant has a lovely view out to the sea with a larger menu than the drawing room Great service in pleasant surroundings. The food was of a good standard and came out pretty quickly.
