Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. All of Chef Luke's dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh scratch ingredients ...and his house-made Desserts are to die for. The menu changes weekly with many mainstay dishes to please all foodies. Bar Red also features occasional live music and there is never a cover charge. A semi-private lounge room is also available for large parties. The room has customizable seating and includes a working fireplace to complete the romantic, comfortable setting.

Good pizza and salad. I could not finish the Diavola Pizza, so I got a Go Box. It is enough for two or three people.

We had truly an incredible dinner at Bar Red. The spinach and artichoke dip which was the best we’d ever had; it was fluffy and delicious. We ordered the fettuccine and alfredo and chicken parmesan which were both amazing! Highly, highly recommend a trip to Bar Red when you’re in Denver!

Great service. Just love these folks for attention without obsequiousness. Had the salmon w spinach risotto, beurre lemon sauce. Perfect portions. Wonderful ambience/small place/ great bar. Convenient to Bellco theatre and parking. We really enjoy this place before an evening in the city.

Lovely time. Not crowded, the definition of Low Key. Loved it. The sauce was fantastic in the lasagna. And the tiramisu was in the top five I've ever had (and Ive had a lot). Heartily recommend and will return!

Went here to see a concert, and decided to have dinner before the show. It's convenient to be able to eat dinner and see a show at the same venue. My husband and I were even able to stay seated at the bar and order food and drinks during the show. And we were still just feet away from the stage. Excellent line-up of local talent, headlined by a hip-hop legend. What an experience. Food is good for the value, but the ambiance and character of the building are the star of the show. The venue is a little small and it definitely feels like you're in a restaurant more than a music hall. But chill energy and vibes overall, we had a great time. Will definitely be back.

Bar Red does not disappoint! I met two Denver friends for dinner who had never been to (or heard of) Bar Red and they were super-impressed by everything - the charcuterie board, the pasta, the wine, and Zach's excellent service. This secret gem has a lot to offer!

We loved this little gem! The space is quite small, but very charming. It wasn't too loud so our group was able to converse which is sadly a rarity anymore. We started with the house salad which serves 2, the greens were fresh and crisp. The pasta is made in house and had just the right tooth. We had the salmon, shrimp diablo, carbonara, and lasagna - all were very tasty. The service was super friendly. They gave us 2 complimentary servings of tiramisu to share. Wow! It was outstanding! I'll definitely order it when we return. There is a private lounge area downstairs which would be a great little spot to host a small party. Pro tip: There is a surface parking lot right across the street from Bar Red between the restaurant and the Bellco Theatre. It makes it super easy to park once, dine and attend a show.

Incredible food. We had the antipasto appetizer, followed by the salmon and the scampi Diablo. Both were outstanding!! The service was awesome, very attentive.
