Excellent food and lovely setting. The views are amazing, especially on a sunny day like we had. Was surprised by how child friendly, they put plastic cutlery out ready with the high chair. Great and thoughtful touch.
Excellent quality food as always, just a shame the wait is so long to book a table but guess that says a lot. Staff always pleasant and service quick. Piping hot food and excellent choice from starters through to main and the divine puddings. Could not leave without having a pudding
What can I say staff and food amazing the view is spectacular well worth the drive .
We have been coming here for years but it was disappointing on this visit. The soup pea and ham was so salty we could not eat it which was a great shame.Usually the food is very enjoyable .
A wonderful friendly and quirky place. You really feel that the staff care. The atmosphere is great and views spectacular. The food is homely and excellent.
Beautiful scenery and most delicious eggs Benedict and kedgeree I've had in a long time.
We visited yeo valley on my birthday for brunch and it was OK but regrettably the food was a bit of a let down. Having said that, I love the ethos of the company, I have their recipe book and the canteen is fantastic to look at. Worth a visit even just to enjoy the atmosphere and decor.
Every part of this dinning experience was fantastic the food the service and the Decor. Would highly recommend thank you to all
A great luncheon with friends was made even better by this location and wonderful food and surroundings. Good service. Perfect.
I cannot fault this destination apart from the fact that it is so difficult to obtain bookings!
Another super meal at Yeo Valley. Delicious! Perfect venue super staff. A totally pleasurable experience, as always!
Very welcoming venue, staff so attentive, had a great starter tomato and basil soup, I chose cottage pie as a main but was dry, I couldn’t eat it, only served with one veg which I happen to not like but no ones fault, fabulous dessert cold rice pudding with fruit and cream, great glass of House wine, stunning view but didn’t feel worth the journey, the food is in my opinion quite expensive, £12 for a serving of cottage pie, £50 total for the two of us for lunch, probably won’t go back
Make sure you book an early time as most of the menu had run out when we arrived at 2pm. So we ended up having to have some very expensive average burgers. Then the restaurant was clearing up all around us so felt a bit weird.
Decor great fun.
Absolutely delicious as always! Food, service and venue is amazing!
It took my friend and I about 5 seconds to choose our meal - the Wednesday roast pork! It was superb, from the flavour and quality of the meat to the crispy roast potatoes and excellent veg, along with homemade stuffing and apple sauce. We were stuffed but managed to slip down a lemon posset which was the perfect pud to finish with, light and tangy. The staff are all lovely and couldn't be more welcoming and the setting is superb. Couldn't fault anything - we'll be back as soon as possible! Thank you so much.
We had an excellent meal with very good service and lovely surroundings. Thank you.
My first visit. Quirky place (in a smiley way). Fabulous location. The food is great. The Throne room is an experience! Really friendly helpful staff.
Last minute breakfast booking. Food was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful . Good to know food is locally sourced. Surroundings very quirky and stylish. Views over Blagdon Lake stunning. Would recommend and will definitely go again.
We were a party of 6 incl a wheelchair, access was good and they allocated a table suitable for the wheelchair. This was our second visit and i was pleased to see that the occassion was as good as before. The food was excellent and served hot.It was a bonus to be able to stock up with Yeo valley product at the end.
We are already planning our next visit, going to try the breakfast.
Thank you Yeo Valley, keep up the good work.
Lovely meal lovely view great staff, thank you. Quality ingredients and totally delicious 😄
It was nice to visit with family, people were very pleasant.
Lovely lunch, amazingly excellent service, incredible view, genius quirky decor, brilliant staff.
friendly staff, nice lay out of restaurant. Food was nice, it was a little over seasoned but still tasty.
Went for lunch . Always good- Really can't fault anything
Superb food coupled with outstanding service, what more could you ask for!!?
Our 15th Wedding Anniversary & although I prebooked 6 weeks ago there was only an opening for breakfast. But we went with our two children 15 & 12 & weren't disappointed, we had a lovely brunch. Locally sourced, good quality, good amount (apart from the small pancakes which my son devoured in seconds & then needed seconds!!) Lovely staff, surroundings views & decor.
Having seen the Yeo Valley HQ on TV about a year ago we booked for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the experience which is pretty unique to say the least.
We received a very warm welcome and the canteen staff were friendly attentive and quick to serve.
The environment is great fun if you like Quirky style, very well though through from a design perspective and the views out over the Bristol Channel and surrounding countryside are as good as it gets.
The food was well priced, nicely presented, and well cooked. Very acceptable at this price level. Coffee excellent and bakery items to die for if you are not weight watching.
All in all a great day out and one to repeat soon.
We visited the Yeo Valley Canteen for breakfast after reading the positive reviews and - wow - are we glad we did. It is a wonderful space to eat lunch or dinner, the food is very reasonably priced and the Mendip hills provide the perfect background. A perfect end to out holiday.
The setting is glorious and we love the individuality of the canteen. I had a superb fish and chips with lovely chunky deliciously crisp chips and the other meal was a burger. All food was excellent and service very friendly and efficient.
Can't fault anything - just look forward to a return visit soon!
Beautiful location ,great service with lovely locally sourced food and great value couldn't ask for more , make sure you book !
Absolutely worth the hour and a half drive, thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place.
Excellent kedgeree, but the bacon with the pancakes was too dry, and not crackling either, it was a bit in no-man's land, I would definitely make it better at home.
A last minute booking that totally lived up to expectations. Will return.
Yeo valley never fails. The food is delicious, staff excellent and a stunning venue.
Lovely breakfast - well worth the drive! Not keen on having to order at the bar but not an issue, just own preference.
We enjoyed our meal on the whole. Fish was very good but the batter was stodgy and unedible.
The service was good
A super venue. The food is ablsoutely delicious, stunning views and the staff are so friendly. A must visit!
Not outstandingly delicious but very good all round.
Atmosphere was welcoming, lovely environment to dine in and beautiful views.
However, food was under-par. Love the concept of organic and locally sourced food, however, the cooking of the ingredients was mediocre. Rice was undercooked, food lacked flavour and to top it off, the food was served lukewarm instead of piping hot.
Quite disappointing in terms of food, but the atmosphere and setting was top-notch.
