Wonderful as always.
The view was spectacular. The fried tomatoe and burrata salad was delicious. Had a steak with truffle butter which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Would highly recommend
Delicious food, a bit pricey but a great spot in Teton village for fine dinning.
Birthday treat and server was wonderful
Lunch menu a little one note with Latin flair
Desserts are the highlight
Service is very good
What a wonderful evening!! The food was en pointe, the service top notch and our wine selection exquisite! We could not have asked for more…in fact we couldn’t even do dessert. We had the rib-eye off seasonal tasting menu and the halibut. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Also, free valet parking.
Service was, as always, excellent and the food was also very good and prepared as ordered. An excellent ‘ski resort’ restaurant.
The food was excellent. Dining room was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and well trained. The only negative was the check in staff. Not typical Four Seasons mentality. Short and somewhat rude. Server made up for it as she was outstanding
Loved our dinner at Westbank Grill! The Mac and cheese is a must! Came to celebrate our wedding and they treated us with champagne and dessert.
Limited options for those who don’t like seafood or want to eat red meat
Excellent all around, especially the Wygu steak. As with any 4 seasons restaurant, somewhat pricey.
From start to finish, our experience was amazing!
Great service but, still came back rare. Remaining meal was very good. They even split both the salad & soup for us.
This is very close to our condo so we’ve been a few times. The wedge salad was good nothing special. Halibut was good but I thought it was a bit fishy. The chicken was excellent but the menu description is a bit of a reach. It’s a chicken breast with Frank’s hot sauce! The twice baked potato was ok, the dessert was excellent and the wine list is very nice. Overall we like it just fine.
Both my wife and I had a wonderful meal and superb service. The view of the mountains at the base of the ski resort was breathtaking as the first snow of the season was happening while we were dining.
Wonderful dinner celebrating my sisters birthday! Everything about our experience was fantastic.
The corn soup was very good, then it went downhill from there , the halibut was very dry. The duck was over cooked and tuff. It took 25 minutes to get desert. Way overpriced for the quality.
It was ok… Ok is not good enough for this price, we expected a lot more. Very slow service and the food was nothing to be amazed with.
We eat out a lot, and we have seen some mediocre service and food paired with a high price tag before. But this place blew us away. Do you prefer to wait 45 minutes from ordering to getting their complementary bread? You’ll give this place two thumbs up. You’d think going 20 minutes with empty water glasses would make you thirsty. Not an issue when there’s no food in front of you!
Save yourself ~$200 and just eat somewhere else in JH.
Seafood good not great quality
Very nice family lunch outside with a good view.
The coconut tofu was especially delicious! So was the crab toast! But the duck fell short a little, a little tough and too sweet.
The food was excellent as was the service. Staff so wonderful and friendly. It was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had dining out in a very long time. Keep up the good work.
A culinary delight ! You have to try the pasta with mushroom sauce as an appetizer. Also, the cowboy cookie for dessert. Don’t miss this place if you are in the Jackson area.
Outstanding service by David
Beautiful location and ambiance but very overpriced for what you get. Very small portions…very small (and we are not huge eaters).
Great food. Awesome experience. Dave our server was outstanding!
First class experience. The food was prepared exceptionally well and had a menu that presented me with a few tough decisions. The view of the ski lift was nice and the service staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely got what I paid for.
Food was delicious, service was decidedly ordinary considering the extremely high prices. I would have expected more attentive and better service from a Four Seasons signature restaurant. Head to the bar and save yourself $250/person
Being a "Four Seasons" restaurant, one expects a higher degree of both service and food.
The service was poor at best. Trying to locate our server was next to impossible. Food was delivered, with no silverware to enjoy it. In the meantime, after 15 minutes of trying to get silverware our food was no longer hot. I finally got up to get place settings. Water refills were non existent. No service was given to refill our wine glasses. This was truly not a culinary experience that one expects from a fine restaurant.
Everything was excellent! Amazing dining experience with great service.
Atmosphere and dining room were amazing. The view is the star. The dinner was quite pricey but was delicious and all in my party enjoyed their food and cocktails. Waiter was appropriate if not a bit rushed. He met all our needs but was always looking around while at our table.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. The best in the valley other than Piste Mountain Bistro. However, the service was not up to par for a 5 star restaurant. If you are going to pay $500 for a family dinner, the service should be every bit as good as the food. Unfortunately, the service here fell short. For this reason, I would recommend Piste over WestBank Grill for a fine dining experience in Jackson Hole.
We were very skeptical because the online reviews were quite mixed. We had a great experience. All of our dishes were excellent. Halibut, trout, steak.
Incredible food and experience
The overall experience was ok. The main issue being the 200 dollar 40oz t bone we ordered came out 50 minutes after ordering and the filet portion was close to well done. We ordered medium rare. Kind of ruined the steak experience for us as the filet is what we were looking forward to. They did give us dessert for my daughters bday, but my wife had 1 cocktail and our bill was 400 dollars for a well done filet was disappointing. The service however was great.
Sadly, staff wasn’t as attentive as I would have expected. Glassware was dirty. Food arrived slowly. Not quite the high-end service at this location.
Shrimp and crab cocktail was outstanding as was the elk chop. Service was impeccable.
