Meats weren’t coming out as they should’ve been. It’s like they were rushing and most nears weee coming both rare. They were catering to one table with a large group and by the time they would get to another table you were getting scraps.

They need to find a better way to serve meats

Appetizers were bland and tasteless. Salad was lazily slapped together. The meats were ok when they came by.

100% worth the price and experience to go here. We were seated quickly and staff immediately began to come to us about drinks, appetizers, food, etc. They were at our table just as often as we wanted and they even remember our favorites. The restaurant was packed, so for servers to remember specific way I liked my meat cooked and the specific meat I enjoyed is a big deal! I would go back in a heart beat.

Food very good. Lots of choices. Meat cooked the way you like.

Was not impressed most likely will not return. Very slow service many times our table was missed or passed by.

It was Christmas day at about 6:30 PM so the restaurant was very full. understandably, the atmosphere was a bit loud and somewhat chaotic.

Before you can even enter the restaurant, you are required to check in and then wait outside in the cold for someone to call your name when your table is ready. We had a reservation and showed up about 10 minutes early but we’re still required to wait 30 minutes before our table is ready. Bring a jacket. I’m glad we all did.

Once you make it past the front door, there is a small gauntlet of Covid hoops you must jump through, having your temperature taken, etc.

Our server was a bit curt with us; not really a reason to be that way because he had several food runners to assist him. And this being a Brazilian style steakhouse, the gentleman who bring the meat to your table and slice it for your plate also assisted him. We did not see him much and when we did, he was very short with us.

There was no menu given to us. There was a QR code that we scanned that did nothing. When we asked the waiter how we could view the menu items, he simply explained there was really no menu and there was really only one option which was a family style grouping of side orders that were pretty-determined and the meat that would be served.
This was not what we expected and due to there being a lack of menu and the waiter being in such a hurry, we never even knew how much the food we were ordering cost. We were given a printed drink menu with photographs so we knew how much the drinks would cost.
The side dishes were so -so, small portions and not very tasty. And, most likely due to the virus, the presentation was awful; plastic, disposable bowls were used.
I had two glasses of Pinot noir at $10 each on my wife had two of the house cocktails at $10 each. Our teenage son drank water. I bring this up because with tax and tip, the bill was close to $300. Not exactly a good value for money and one we will probably not do again.

Temperature checks of guests. Food was amazing. Staff was so polite and welcoming. Christmas dinner & ambiance was perfect and a celebrated birthday was super fun. Desserts were delish! Can't wait to go again! We all loved every item.

Few years ago, my family and I had dinner here, and food was okay. Since my husband and I were celebrating our 8 years anniversary, we figured we give it another try. I think this time was much better experience than the last. Service was great, food was great, ambiance was bit weird since we all have to follow the health guidelines/social distancing, but totally understandable.
I would definitely come back here again in the future.

We enjoyed this restaurant very much. The food was wonderful,the wait staff superb. All of the meat was perfect and well seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant for all celebrations.

We had been here over a year ago and the quality of the meat was higher than we remembered. The meat was seasoned just right and cooked to the right temperature. The service and quantity, though, seemed to have decreased. Not only did they have less items to choose from, they only served one round of meat and then no one came by. We finally asked a server when more meat was coming and they asked what we would like and brought out only a couple more items. It also would have been nice if the empty dishes for the side items were cleared as our table was full of used dishes.

Come hungry, because the food here is fantastic! Make sure to try the bacon wrapped filets and the watermelon salad!

Food was delicious! Service was excellent! All staff were friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. I also loved hearing that they have a Rewards Program which includes Saturday and Sunday Brunch for just $20.99.

A lot of the meat you could not cut.
We tried it medium to medium well.
Medium was rare and medium well was done!
We did leave full but a lot of throw away beef.

Overall the experience was decent. We are new to the area and we’re really excited to have our friends visit and do dinner but it was just decent. We we had a late reservation and felt the effects. They began cleaning and told us to order what we wanted from the bar because they were closing up.

We didn’t get to experience all the meats amd our waiter either forgot or just didn’t bring us the sides we ordered.

Maybe we will try again but definitely earlier to get the money’s worth

Watermelon salad was the best I have ever had. I make it at home for family and this was better. Appetizers beet salad roasted root vegetables and caprice he salad were spectacular. Variety of meats were excellent!

Precautions because of COVID 19 were well executed but smells from cleaning ruined meal and experience! If we survive the COVID 19 and you can stay in business we will be back when this is all over.

This place was absolutely amazing! They made my boyfriend and I’s anniversary so special. The two gentlemen who took care of us were so kind and attentive. They gave us a champagne toast for our anniversary. Food was great! They checked our temperatures and had us sanitize our hands before coming in. We were seated immediately. They gave us the best service we have every experienced. Thank you so much!

Excellent tasting food with an excellent ambiance. Great service and exquisite attention to detail. 10/10 would definitely consider coming back for a special occasion or a date with that special someone.

We celebrated our 35th Anniversary with two special friends. Enjoyed the atmosphere, our server was excellent, the desk staff great and the bartender in the patio area was superb! It wasn't our first time there, it's a great place to go with friends and we will definitely return again. Wasn't sure what to expect with the "new" normal. All entrees were presented in covered domes which put to rest any and all concerns related to covid. Overall wonderful experience.

I preferred the selection over the other Brazilian steak houses. The service was superb and everyone was so quick and on it. The meats were prepared to perfection

Want seafood salad back please

Upon entering we were greeted with a temperature check. Safety first....good!
Sat in the bar for a little happy hour where “L” gave us a radiant smile as she took our order! She was a delight!
Went to our dining table and the party began! The waiters were on it! Delicious pieces of beef, chicken and lamb. Every offering was totally wonderful. We enjoyed our meal, and then sadly said good bye till the next time!
Everyone, everything here was fabulous! Thank you Via Brazil Steakhouse for a memorable evening!

Brunch was great. Server Did not want to accommodate our party until the Mgr. Came. But will return real soon.

The servers have been the best most especially Rafael, he gives his full due diligence to the customers and has a great attitude and takes pride with his work. Great price and can’t wait for the rewards and promos!! Better lighting should be implemented in the upper side of the restaurant as it is too dim. Thank you.

Love this place. You can order or take the meat as they come around but try the watermelon salad. And the Garlic steak and Lamb..... you will leave satisfied........ 🤤👍🏼
