Excellent service from Bertrand. The hamachi and the lamb cavatelli first courses were divine. We had three different fish entrees, the salmon, sturgeon and halibut and we could not have been happier. The chocolate/peppermint dessert was the perfect finish. 5 star dining experience and one of my most memorable meals! MoreOpenTable Diner -
I was looking for a country style bar and the Yale Saloon gave me exactly what I expected. The food was good but could be a little better. I had pulled pork, and next time I will have the fried chicken. The ambiance was great, everyone was very energetic and the staff were great. The layout of the room is excellent with the Line dancing, Mechanical bull and Buck Hunting video game. The music was good, but there were many more current and classic songs that should have been played. Overall a great experience and I will be coming back again with all of my friends. Very busy on a Saturday night at 8pm, was very glad that we had a reservation. Again, took about two minutes before the hostess got to us, but we were seated within a minute after that. Food was amazing, again. Got the real crab California roll, Dynamic roll, albacore tuna sashimi, grilled cod and bbq pork ribs which were very tender. Quick and efficient service and our server even remembered us from the week before! MoreOpenTable Diner -

Went for our anniversary..first time and definitely will not be the last. Service was personable and not over done. Food was beyond delicious and fresh. The chef even made us a very beautiful dessert (on the house) for our special celebration. Would recommend Cioppinos to anyone looking for a authentic and fabulous Italian dinner. 😊 MoreOpenTable Diner -
While it was expensive, the food, service and view were worth it. Not an everyday meal at that price but for a special occasion, then absolutely. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Superb fish, seafood and sushi in a large, bustling, popular place. Sushi bar where you could watch the chefs preparing dishes and open kitchen on the opposite side. Expensive but what you would expect for this quality of food and service. MoreOpenTable Diner -

The journey starts in the Northern Pacific region of Mexico, near the U.S. border. An area that is closer in distance to Vancouver than to Mexico City, it is a gateway to both South and North.A place that for a long time lacked a sense of identity as it was neither here nor there. Before there was a gold rush, the first European settlers mapped the coast of the Californias and found a place where Mediterranean weather met the desert and sea. This is the place where some of the first grapes in the American continent were sowed. As time went by Europeans, Kumeyaay First Nations, Mestizos, and eventually North Americans learned to co-exist in a hedonistic, lawless place. The trip begins here, as we run away from our own identity and gallop North along the Pacific Coast, freely gathering ideas and expressing them without folklore or boundaries. As we reach our destination, the only thing we have left is our irreverence and the British Columbia landscape. More

The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar offers a unique variety of share plates with a modern-country farmhouse decor, in the base of the downtown Hotel Squamish, the city’s oldest standing building, circa 1910. The colourful oil paintings, wooden serving boards and ceramic dishware are all the work of local artists. The cozy country-cottage design, which includes exposed structural beams in a bright lounge abutting the open kitchen.More
