My friends and I had a lovely dinner. Our server, Keith, was excellent. The entire team was friendly, professional, and attentive. The food was very good.
The restaurant was a lovely place for my friend and I to celebrate our birthday this week. Our server, CJ and Brooke, who helped us select our wine were outstanding. They were so professional and warm and really helped create a special atmosphere for dining. The food was absolutely delicious. From the charred octopus appetizer to the Ciopinno and lamb ragu pasta, it was fabulous!
Great food however the Sunday dinner menu was very limited. The food was very good but the portions were very small and expensive. Also wish there was more of a variety in the menu. The gnocci was very good and our waiter eas very nice.
We enjoy coming there -our server was a little less than adequate this time -we have had good service there before. The one thing I will say is the portions are a little too small on the pasta when it is a full meal. My husband is not a big eater and for him to say that he could’ve had more is concerning.
Wonderful dinner at Valentino! Small menu with wonderful options. Great ambiance and service. We will be back!
I loved this restaurant! The staff from the front door to the bus people were the nicest, friendliest people! The restaurant was adorable inside and very cozy. We enjoyed the Sunday Supper menu and the food was outstanding. Can't wait to go back!
Not a good experience last night. The service was really lacking. The food was good? Not great as it should be for the prices. Waited over an hour between our appetizers and main dish. The pork chop was to fatty to eat. What was on the menu as a filet mignon was 2 slices overly sauced with nothing else edible on the plate. The pasta, which was sold as tagliatelle and a special for the evening was actually fettuccine and a small portion. They obviously ran out of the special. Not enthused, probably won’t return.
The appetizers were exceptional , particularly the beet risotto.

The best gnocchis I have ever had in my life. Service was great, everything very professional and delicious. The owner was so kind and nice with us as well. I would definitely come back soon.

Yes, I’d recommend but with a bit of some trepidation. I expected a better experience than we received. For full disclosure, we went during Valentine’s Day so there could be a difference in the experience during “regular” days. The tagliatelle was delicious but the steak was poorly seasoned and served over done. The service was great and Mark, our waiter, was very on-point and attentive. The drinks were great. A solid 3.

Be making the right decision. As soon as we arrived to check inn the hostess said sorry you don’t have a reservation. I tried to reassure her that I made the rest on Opemtable. Later on she takes is to be seated and She sat us next to another couple. We had a bad experience with ordering the food. When I placed my order the waiter comes
Back and apologize that this dish is not served tonight. I was ok and I ordered a steak instead. My husband order his meal and it was so salty. I was so irritated at this time I walked up to the front desk and asked for a manager. I had to explaiN to him that the idea to go out is to have Private time with your date. At the end of the evening I was irritated for the whole evening and I went home

I am only in Ft. Lauderdale on occasion during the winter months and this is one of go to restaurants. Fine Italian cuisine and exceptional service. We enjoy dining at chefs table when we are a small party size. I have already booked reservations for my next 2 trips - one in February and one in March. The principal, Rob DiStefano, makes his rounds and is a pleasure.
Was impressed, owner made a point to stop by our table and say hello. Great food.
Not what it used to be! Dishes coming to the table that were overcooked! Others that were awful looking on the plate!

Wait for our reservation ran a bit long for us, but we were also a bit picky! Gabriel our server was excellent. Food as usual delicious.
We waited 1 hour 35 minutes for the food to come. The waiter was extremely rude. The food was very greasy. We requested no oil and the waiter said they put a little butter. It was completely covered in butter. Not a nice experience.
Great food great atmosphere love this place
Impeccable pasta. The good thing is that since the sale, they do have now allow corkage. It's a little steep though at $50 a bottle. The wine list was extensive and fairly priced.
Food and service excellent. Seating a little close and with other conversation plus music a little difficult to have conversation. However I’m getting on in years could be my hearing. Anyway a great place. Classy

This place is rather pricey. BUT...THEY DELIVER! Wonderful lfood creatively put together. Impeccable service. Sophisticated ambience. A very nice evening. I reccommend it highly. And some friends at another table that same time that same evening raved as well.
Food was delicious. Service was professional. We weren’t rushed through dinner. Restaurant wasn’t full so I’m not sure if that’s always the case.
