California Consumers’ Right to Opt-Out of Sales* of Personal Information

Starting January 1, 2020, California consumers have the right to opt out of “sales”* of their personal information.

You can opt out of “sales” of your personal information by completing the request form.

Additionally, you can submit a request by contacting our support department at privacy@opentable.com or by calling 1-800-OPENTABLE. Finally, you may also manage your cookie preferences.

If you are an authorised agent requesting an individual’s right to opt out, please also include with your request the agency name, representative’s name, the date the individual submitted the request to you, and an attestation that you are authorised to submit a request on such individual’s behalf.

To learn more about additional rights you may have under California law, please visit our Privacy Policy - Additional Disclosures for California Consumers.

* California law treats disclosures of personal information to third parties as “sales” where the disclosure involves monetary or other consideration, even if no money changes hands.
