Urban Farmer- Philadelphia

I have ate here before for lunch and it was wonderful. I made reservations for dinner with a friend, but we both ended up sick the next day, and the prices were a bit too much for us. Wouldn't stop me from going back though, the place is great and the service was perfect.

The food was delicious. The French Onion Soup was so good! The grapefruit cube in my drink was very cool. The staff were polite and friendly, and even offered a blanket (outside dining).

We ate outside and it was freezing! However, the servers were so nice and they did everything possible to keep us comfortable. I am grateful that they were open and thank them for working. We felt lucky to be there.

We had our anniversary dinner at Urban Farmer on their patio on a 30 degree night. The staff was wonderfully attentive, the food was great, and we had a memorable Covid anniversary. We've never had a filet with the finely grained texture that they serve. It was a great experience.

Great food, great service and for being outside, they really did a great job. We weren’t cold at all! My salmon was 30 dollars, for just a piece of salmon. It was good, but not 30 dollars good. It’s very pricey, but overall good experience. We will be back:)

The brunch menu was superb. Very unique items and surprisingly delicious. I had the lobster avocado benny and hands down best brunch plate ive ever had. Very hip decor and ambiance.

Second time that food took long, steak wasn’t good, no bread and service same. Not sure what happened. Use to be a great place to enjoy an awesome meal not anymore.

We usually have a good experience here but last time was subpar. Smaller food portions, slower service. Won’t be back any time soon.

I checked out urban farmer in Philadelphia with two friends from out of town - we were disappointed overall. Drinks and charcuterie were good. Didnt enjoy the corn bread. Service was slow; after completely finishing our drinks and appetizers, we finally had to ask to put in our order for the main course. It wasn't until an adjacent table complained about the service that our waitress became more attentive. She was nice, nonetheless. Steaks were lackluster. Temperatures were off and not worth the price. I ordered the steak sampler and my friend ordered the wagyu, both were $70 each and disappointing. There are so many options in philly, will likely not return to this one!

This was our second visit to Urban Farmer, and both times it's been great. Both times we've had the same server (Ken) who is knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended!

We went for brunch and all had one of the eggs benedict options. The homemade English muffins were fantastic, so was the shaved ham and the lobster. Potatoes were perfectly seasoned. And the service was exceptional. For cocktails, try the Farmermosa.

Amazing! Food was excellent...for a place that’s known for steak, they were very accommodating with pescatarian requests and substitutions.
The drink : Old Curmudgeon is a MUST for any bourbon lover!

The brunch was amazing. Their eggs Benedict and homemade English muffins are delicious. The service was very poor. No silverware or napkins given until the food arrived. We asked the server twice for more water and were ignored. The server brought our check without asking if we wanted another drink, dessert or coffee. Very disappointing.

As my first time dinning out again since COVID, I felt safe and well protected and can't wait to come back to dine again for another special occasion.

Get the Hash you won't be disappointed!

DEVIN WAS AN EXCELLENT SERVER. ATMOSPHERE IN COVID CLIMATE WAS ACCEPTABLE - SANITARY PRACTICES LIKE CONTACTLESS MENUS AND DISTANCED TABLES OUTDOORS WAS AWESOME. CELEBRATED MY MOM'S 60TH BIRTHDAY AND SHE LOVED THE BRUNCH - SHE HAD THE CRAB OMELETTE.

1 year kidney transplant celebration. The waiter was very attentive. Very helpful. Very courteous. Very kind.he was an overall great package for the representing urban Farmer employee and remarkable human being.The food was delicious. We had steaks. The potatoes was amazing. We had drinks. And the signature “Living Your Life Like it’s Golden”- it was an inquiring taste. It had a small kick. But still Good. Let me not forget the facilities is outstandingly beautiful. Indeed they followed all social distancing rules. Which is greatly appreciated. I’ll will gladly recommend this place

Great for outside dining!! Excellent wines and manhattan cocktail... We really appreciated being outside on their patio (and able to social distance) with views of the Parkway and museums. We enjoyed a snack in the late afternoon hours rather than a full-dinner and would recommend the charcuterie board and octopus -- which were both tasty.

Great experience, disappointed food. The steak was overcooked and the bloody Mary’s were way too spicy.

It has been in my bucket for years! I am glad to have finally eaten here.

Last two times we were here, a much better experience. This time there were issues with the steaks, may have spent too much time under some heat lamps, were not very hot. The asparagus was mushy, totally overdone. The service was very good, and we tipped well, not the servers fault. In these Covid19 days, with everyone getting back into the groove, the quality of the meal fell far short of what had been our two previous experiences, so they need to up their kitchen game substantially.
