This is not a review of the restaurant, just the Mother's Day brunch buffet which was not in the restaurant area, but in the "grand ballroom" at the Sheraton. The food we had was tasty enough, but the entire area of the "raw bar" with signs boasting oysters and shrimp cocktail were empty trays when we were seated at 11:30 and remained empty during the duration of our time there (either that or refills disappeared so quickly we never saw them). Wasn't a big deal for our party, but I'm sure a lot of people who paid this price had an expectation that the food advertised would be available. The "grand ballroom" is a bit tired looking, and the very used and stained chairs were not grand.

Mother’s Day Brunch here was fantastic. Outstanding food, very similar to one we did at the Wentworth, but half the price. Staff was great, seatings were staggered so it didn’t feel crowded. Valet parking, nice setting, definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the Christmas buffet on Christmas Day! We had a family of 12 dining, and everyone enjoyed the food selected to be eaten. There was a great mix of items for non meat eaters. We all left very full! Thank you for the great job, and our server was very sweet.

The restaurant is inside of the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel. It is fairly small, but the food was quite good and reasonably priced.

We are a small group who celebrates the holidays at Two-Fifty Market every year. It is beautifully decorated with a lovely river view. Food is fresh and well prepared. What stands out is the wonderful service. Marcia is the best - so kind and helpful! She goes the extra mile to make sure we have a fabulous experience.

Food was barely warm. Service was not good at all. This was our 6th year, and to be honest, we look forward to the food and the incredible service we normally receive. This year could not have been any different. If the meal had cost $10 per person, I would have been upset... The #1 thing that puzzles me: The manager was on the floor the entire time and didn't seem to care. Not sure if he was upset for working on Thanksgiving or that is just how he is. Plates ran out and bowls. Food sat empty and luke warm. Chowder was luke warm, stuffed shrimp and even the prime rib with a heating lamp was cool by the time I got to my seat. The mac and cheese was dry and not hot, on the side was cold lobster.....are you kidding me!!! I sat with three plates in front of me for 25 minutes, along with the other 6 people in my party. My husband and I made reservations for the restaurant it was our 23 year anniversary and we had our wedding reception there 23 years ago so we wanted to go back. We had made a note in the reservation what we were celebrating and there was no mention of it from the hostess or waitress. Not a big deal but makes you wonder why they gave a note section. I ordered a cocktail and it tasted horrible so sent it back for something different. We ordered the salad with chicken and the spinach that was in the salad had already gone bad and was yellow. I pointed this out to the waitress who said she would mention it to the chef, but no one came back to see if there was anything else I would like. . I had to ask her to remove it from the bill that I was unsatisfied and did not want to eat it. The service and food was poor and we will not return.

The restaurant is in the lobby of the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel. While it is semi-open to the lobby, it has a nice view of the river, and it is clearly demarcated from the rest of the lobby. The bar makes some excellent cocktails. The menu is varied, the service was friendly, and the food was tasty.
