Tuscarora Mill, the cornerstone of Market Station, has been serving fine food & wine to its guests since 1985. Originally an operating grain mill, Tuscarora Mill has maintained the rustic interior & charm of the mill. Chef Patrick Dinh’s seasonal menus use the freshest of local produce. Signature dishes include Sesame Roasted Salmon, Roasted Lamb Chops & Portuguese-style Rockfish. To compliment the menu, Tuscarora Mill has an impressive wine list, winner of the Wine Spectacular Award of Excellence for the past 10 years. The in-house bakery, SouthStreet Under, prepares savory breads & decadent desserts daily. Affectionately known to the locals as Tuskie’s, this finer eatery also sports a relaxing bar, serving 22 beers on tap & a café menu. Whether it is a romantic dinner, a casual lunch or a corporate function, Tuscarora Mill will surely exceed your expectations.

I had lunch with friends and the service was exceptional, as always. I love the Eggs Benedict for lunch!

The cuisine was outstanding, the table service was attentive without a hint of interference and ambiance was delightful. I had roast duck that was cooked to perfection with a very flavorful sauce and my dinner companion had a special pasta dish that was exquisite. while we have been to Tuscarora Mill several times in the past, we always remind ourselves when we do visit that we should dine there more often! a delightful experience always.

The menu is very limited from a vegetarian perspective. One sandwich, one entree, one appetizer, no specials. Other than that, the restaurant was just lovely.

The quality of the food has definitely gone down over the years and the servers don't seem to really care whether or not the customers are happy. I won't be returning to Tuscarora Mill in the future.

One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Everything was expertly cooked, seasoned, and presented. Wide-ranging selection of all types of dishes. Professional, friendly service. I will be back.

Our waiter was outstanding! The buffet was excellent and I’m not a big buffet fan. Tables on the ‘porch’ were tight. Atmosphere is very unique, and rare to find such an historic setting. Love going to Tuskies!

I've been here once before and knew the food would be delicious. The staff knew it was my birthday and printed special menus for our table wishing me a happy birthday along the top. What a special surprise! And staff are always friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back!

Tuscarora Mill is our favorite special-occasion restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance are reliably outstanding! On this visit we enjoyed the sea bass special and the duck breast menu item. Both were delicious! Our waitress was conscious of our needs, but never intrusive. She paced the meal perfectly. We will continue to enjoy and recommend Tuscarora Mill!

Unfortunately, the experience was less than expected. My wife and I had reservations for (2), to celebrate our anniversary (which was called out in our reservation request). We checked in 20 minutes prior to our reservation time (not expecting our table to be ready); we go to the bar for a drink. At (5) minutes after our reservation time had passed, we asked the bartender if our table was ready, he subsequently said yes it was, after checking with the hostess. We go to be seated, and the hostess “re-checks” us in, and then are told to wait. I told them what had transpired, but we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes....couldn’t go back to the bar, as our seats were taken, and there wasn’t standing room available. To top it off, our anniversary was not acknowledged, as it has been in years past.

Extremely disappointing, especially with reservations made well in advance.

First time here, but won't be my last. Had eaten at other restaurants in this complex, but was saving this restaurant for more of a special occasion. Came here on a first date and were seated a little earlier than our reservation. Plenty of tables but the restaurant filled up very quickly. Waitress brought two free sample appetizers while we decided on drinks and an appetizer to share. Ordered wine by the glass and the Maine lobster in a light sauce over cornbread. The appetizer was good but very skimpy for the price of it. As the appetizer arrived, we ordered our entrees. I had the Tuskie's special meat plate, and it was venison in a mushroom truffle brown sauce. Sauteed spinach with nuts and raisins along with a whipped root vegetable that tasted like turnips! My date had the sliced beef with scallops and it looked delicious, large and filling. For dessert we had the butterscotch bread pudding and the vanilla bean creme brulee. The desserts were good, just the right size and filling.
All in all the meal was good, but I despise when waitstaff leaves your water glass empty and then never comes back to refill it. Our meal came out very fast and we sat at the table for about 45 minutes after paying the check to talk. Our waitress kept giving us a dirty look like it was time for us to leave. I didn't feel that was warranted at all. For the price of the meal, I didn't feel that was warranted.
Again, the food was good, but I think that this restaurant is very overpriced for the amount of food that you get and for the service, which was just mediocre.

Our lunch at Tuscarora was most enjoyable as usual. The food was delicious, the service was efficient and helpful with any questions. Also, we enjoyed each others company. This was a family get together that we look forward to every year at Tuscarora.

Lunch at Tuscarora Mill was a very pleasant experience. I had been there years ago and this lunch was delicious as I had remembered. The Thai Crab soup was savory, and my Trout entree was very good with the right amount of spice. Our server Claire was very attentive to our requests. I would visit again.

We had a very nice experience. The food was excellent. The only issue was our entree came out while we were still eating our soup and salad. Our server apologized profusely. Overeager bussers. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice evening out.

Decided to go to Tuscarora Mills on New Year's Eve. Arrived a bit early for the reservation, so ended up sitting at the bar for a bit.
For being one of the most traditionally chaotic nights for the hospitality industry, the staff and management at the restaurant did an incredible job of staying positive and keeping customers engaged.
We were notified that our table was ready promptly at our reservation time, the prix fixe menu that night offered a nice range of options, and we were lucky to have a table located in a quiet "cubby" of the restaurant. Courses came out promptly with little lag time in between and our server was just delightful.
Kudos for helping us start the New Year off right!

Have dined there for years and never had a bad meal. Usually excellent. However, this time lamb chops came out raw when I ordered medium. Server took them back and brought them back out microwaved but still not that good. For $80 on NYE, I expected better. And our server was stretched thin. Had to track her down every time we needed something. I’m sure this was just a fluke so I would return in the future, just not on NYE.

Tuscarora Mill has become our New Years Eve dinning choice and this year was no exception. We enjoyed every course of the meal and once again had a great waitress. My wife is gluten intolerant and they accommodated well for her with excellent selections. Tuscarora has become our go to place for special occasions.

The beef entree was one of the best the two men in our group have had. My Chilean Sea Bass was good but I have had much better. The Bass was either fatty or undercooked; not sure which. My daughter had the lamb and said it was good. She tried to switch the vegetables and was told that the chef only made the entrees as a whole and no switching was allowed. While we understand the concept, for $90 a plate it seems that a switch could be made. I think Tuskie's is overpriced for New Year's Eve. This is the second time we have been there on New Year's Eve, and I think we might continue coming to Tuskie's for dinner but maybe not on New Year's Eve.
