Great ambiance. Bartender John was excellent. Good service, professional and friendly. Food was very good, although menu is limited. Our waiter Juan clearly did not want to be there. He was cold and service was not good.
Love the food. Very authentic Italian. Atmosphere is spot on!
Overall, it was good. However, the dinner for 5 came to almost 500. I am not sure if its worth is there vs value.
Glad that we went back there. It’s been awhile.
Service was slow. But because we were later for lunch the waiter then rushed us and asked if we would pay before we were finished so he could cash out.
Celebrated my GF birthday with dinner, the staff was super tentative and really helped make her meal extra special. Will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to friends and family
We waited almost 10 minutes just to be greeted at the door. Then the service continued to be poor from there. Booths are extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Homemade cinnamon roll was stale. I would not return. Perhaps the 4 star rating came from dinner but our breakfast experience was one star at best.
Quiet, elegant setting. Excellent staff. Large portions beautifully prepared. Valet parking was a bargain. Outstanding value.
Went there for a special dinner. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.
The staff was helpful and accommodating. I ordered the duckling and it tasted a bit bland.
The dots of sauce would have added to the flavor but there was enough for the portion of meat that was served.
The service was excellent, and both the food and drinks were amazing.
Tradition-We go there every time we are in Seattle. We were to visit old friends. We did it in honor of my husband, Ron, who passed away a year ago. He loved the sweet potato gnocchi ❤️
The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived a little early and were still taken immediately to our reserved table. Food was prepared beyond all expectations. Both my wife and I were very impressed with everything the night included.
A great place to have a business lunch food is always top notch .
The staff treated us wonderfully. We just loved having Ricardo as our waiter. He made our anniversary very special. The restaurant presented me with roses and gave us a beautiful desert. They went out of their way to help us acknowledge our special day. This was all very, very impressive
To be honest, I didn’t care for the service, but the food- Amazing!! The hostess seemed a bit annoyed that we spoke more to her than the required information of how many and last name and our server was equally less than enthused to carry any kind of conversation outside of the business of ordering food with us, but food made up for it-kinda. So if you’re not all that interested in the people who are attending you and don’t care to interact with them outside the necessary, this place is for you! However, if you’re like my family and prefer a little more personal conversation and/or like to joke a little eg when they ask was it good and your plate is empty and you respond with it how bad it was and they look at you in an almost condescending/unamused face, this is not the place for you. As for food though, amazing and you will not be disappointed!
We truly enjoy dining at Tulios. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Our waiter was so helpful, suggesting a special cocktail before dinner. My lamb was done to perfection and my husband enjoyed his shanks. He also wanted to give the New York Cheese Cake a big thumbs up!! We completely enjoyed our evening. We will certainly return on our next visit to Seattle.
Price was very high, for the average food & service.
Wonderful service and ambiance. The food was delicious but one of our entrees was cold when it arrived. We will definitely go again.
Great food. Great value.
While Tulio was highly recommended by a friend, I can only give it 3 stars at best and would not go back. We had high expectations but they were not met. The Caesar salad was very average, three out of five of our entrees were lukewarm—not hot! Unacceptable! However I have to say the dessert was outstanding, we all agreed on that.
Pre-theater dinner. Very good at keeping us on time. Duck entree was quite good as was the wine selected by our server. Soup was okay. What Tulio has in spades that is more and more rare these days is warmth and coziness. Restaurants are all about open kitchens and concrete floors.
Excellent service and food was delicious! Would recommend if you love great Italian food!
Tulio’s has always provided consistent service with outstanding food.
Service, as well as the greeting is always top notch! Personable, professional and responsive staff who clearly take their relationships with customers seriously. I've been frequenting Tulio's for the past two decades. I always enjoy seeing the staff's familiar faces! Thank you for a consistently satisfying experience. The only exception is the noise level, which for many of my clients and myself, the complaint is the same: it's difficult to carry on a conversation due to the noise level.
I love Tulio and have eaten there many times. Food is always consistently good and service is great. On this particular night we were seated in an area that extremely noisy. Hopefully next time we can sit in a booth!!
Excellent service allowed us to make a show even though we were late for our reservations. The food, halibut, clam pasta and gnocchi, were all tasty and well prepared. Only downside is a somewhat limited menu but has gluten free and vegetarian choices.
Always enjoy Tulio. The food--all courses--was well-prepared and according to our wishes. Service was helpful and attentive.
We had 4 for dinner.. 2 of the meals were served cold.. Duck... my wife called the next day and reported this to the manager.
We like this restaurant and have not experienced this before... the food quality and presentation was very good.. good service and good ambiance..
Dinner before 5th Ave’s West Side Story!
Our food was good (some dishes better than others), but not amazing, and for the price we paid, I expect fine dining service and a table that isn't sandwiched between two service stations. It took us three minutes to be greeted by a host, another four to be visited by our server. We told him we needed to leave and hour and twenty minutes later to make a show and opted to skip apps in interest of time. He was very absent throughout the meal, water glasses went dry, and our food wasn't even timed to come out all together. We finished our food and waited 10 minutes before he came by with a dessert menu ... 5 minutes before we said we had to leave. The restaurant was too loud for full-table conversation. I brought out-of-town guests here and am duly embarrassed.
We were a group of six and placed at a bad table but it seemed that there were better seating options for tables 4 and under. I remember some good meals here years in the past and recommend only coming on a weeknight in a party of 4 or fewer and with at least 2 hours to devote to dinner.
Our favorite dishes were the gnocchi appetizer, pork, and lamb. The halibut portion was small (could use more sides) and the oriechette was pretty one-note. The duckling was very good as well.
The food was delicious, but somewhat limited due to a kitchen change. The staff did a good job at expressing these limitations to our table and we were able to find great choices.
As alway, the food service and atmosphere are tops. It was our anniversary and after a great play we couldn't have asked for better dinner
Tulio is the best place to enjoy dinner before a show. Our server asked about our show time and guided our service around that timeline. It was the best and most delicious experience! 5 Stars, y’all!
It was our first visit to Tulio, but won't be our last! The food was outstanding and service impeccable. We were in a bit of a crunch to make a show, but they got us out on time, and we made it no problem! Thanks Tulio!
Friendly staff, excellent food. The gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had- light and delicious.
After many years of wanting to try Tulio’s, we made it. Fantastic, warm ambiance, with a staff that worked very hard to make our experience memorable. Or waiter, Shawn, pointed out signature dishes, expertly prepared and presented. We enjoyed the Beet Salad, I, a Squid ink pasta, and Lamb Sirloin. The lamb had the most perfect char, ever. Go, enjoy, don’t wait, a real gem.
Excelentes porciones, sabor y buen ambiente. Pedimos Brochetas, Mussels y Linguini; fue un agasajo!
In the 20+ years of going to Tulio's I have never had a bad meal. The food and service are always excllent. One of my favorite restaurants.
