A lovely meal. Fresh mozzarella appetizer could have been more seasoned, but that’s my inner food snob talking. Will certainly dine here again.
I respect the hardship restaurants are experiencing during this time, however, the experience was poor. They did not put in our appetizer, they did not check in with us for 30 min, and we waited 60 minutes for our meal. When we got our dinner (at 9:00 at night) our pasta was cold and had congealed from the heat lamp it was under. The only saving grace is that we sat outside and it was a beautiful night. I am thankful to all of the servers and staff working during the pandemic and I apologize for this review if this is not typical of your restaurant.
Thought might be better decorated for Easter ie flowers
Had to ask for appetizer plates which came halfway thru appetizers
Food was good but very small portions for the price
The food was excellent, and nicely plated. Servers were responsive and attentive. The seating was comfortable and we enjoyed the view.
We came here to celebrate my sons 9th birthday. Food was excellent and service was great. We try to come here most times we are in Hershey.
First timer, salads excellent! Trevi 5 is nice, but really want to experience all the other restaurants in The Hotel Hershey.😊
I had lunch reservations (the place was empty), but the hostess acted like we were a bother just checking in. Our waitress made up for that -- she was super friendly and checked in on us often. The food was not particularly good -- my vegetable panini was very bland. Very overpriced.
We were ignored by the hostess for a while when we arrived, while she was having a private conversation.
We were seated outside, & it was chilly. Service was extremely slow, & we eventually had to go inside to find our server so we could pay & leave. The food was delicious, we were just disappointed in the service.
Staff at the Hershey Hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They served food with a smile and were happy to answer questions. The ambiance of the restaurant was not what I would have expected for a nice hotel. I was expecting something more updated with decorations. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a more casual dining experience at a nice hotel, this is the spot to go to. Nothing to write home about but friendly service and pretty good food. At least in the afternoon, does not seem like a fancy restaurant. Overall, a reasonable pick.
Dined outside. Superb service, excellent menu. Got a tad chilly so staff lighted the heaters. Great view.
The meal was better than we expected. A wonderful, romantic place. Great service and a pleasant atmosphere.
Excellent food and service , as always. Our favorite local dining.
The food exceeded our expectations, the service was friendly & attentive. Only drawbacks were the lack of table clothes (Covid related?) and the service staff banging around completing pre-dinner chores. I should note that the only reservation available was at 5pm, still the din didn’t help the ambiance.
A few friends met for lunch. Our server, forget her name, was wonderful, friendly and helpful. It is not fine dining and there were a lot of families there with kids running around. The food was good and priced right. One of their other restaurants was closed so we had to dine at Trevi. I would go there again, but just realize all of the above.
Loved the food. My gnocchi was delicious as were my scallops. The service was excellent.
Such a great time with my friend. We loved the food
Excellent food. Service was great. Ambience was okay. Would absolutely go again for the food!
I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The food, in particular the dessert, to be very good. It is a bit pricey for south central PA but for a special occasion is acceptable as the over all impressions are excellent. Will definitely be back in the future.
Nice meal. Rather stark appearance inside - not warm and inviting.
Always delicious food and excellent service at Trevi V!
Disappointing
Brian was a stellar waiter. Super personable and made the night.
Food and service were wonderful as always. Would be great to have some chocolate on the dessert menu! Loved the burrata with pesto, and the vegetable panini was so flavorful! Thank you!
Food and service was amazing!
50th birthday celebration
Drinks weren’t that great
Appetizers not fresh and/or yummy
Dinner was so so
Dessert wasn’t even edible
Server was great
The food was very overpriced. No one had anything outstanding, it was all mediocre. The service was fantastic, but we paid a LOT to celebrate a special birthday and couldn't even hold a conversation because so many babies were at tables around us screaming and having meltdowns. It was a lot of money to pay for mediocre food and poor atmosphere.
We had a wonderful day! The food was fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and I cannot wait to return!
One of the most fri
As always, dinner and the service were excellent at Trevi V. My pasta dish, cacio e pepe was the best yet. I've had it several times but it was exceptionally good. I'm told there was a different associate manning that station in the kitchen and he sure did a super job.
Because we visited Hershey Hotel mid-week, our options for dining were limited. We have visited Trevi 5 in the past, so knew it would be good.
This restaurant looks like a diner and the food was terrible. Very disappointed in the hotel to not have a nice restaurant to eat in. The whole hotel needs a facelift
Everything we ordered was delicious. The homemade pasta was delicate. Service was perfect.
Excellent meal and fantastic service, as usual. Pasta Fagioli soup is great. Always enjoy the margherita pizza.
Delightful. Would come back. Excellent service.
Service was lacking. Our server was talking more to individuals than waiting on her tables.
We went for Valentine’s Day brunch! The food and service were exceptional! Thanks for making our day great 💕
The food and service was very good. I will definitely return during my next stay.
The service was great. The food was tasty. I don't like how they greet you when you come in. "Can I help you?" I just think it could be more welcoming. "Welcome to Trevi5...." Or "Hello and welcome....". The way the welcome gives you an immediate put off for the rest of the experience. Made us feel like we were in the wrong place or not welcomed. We were also surprised with Covid that it wasn't cleaner. With the pictures by our booth had significant cobwebs and the seats and table felt dirty. Again our service was great, good met our expectations. We like to visit for lunch but feel they need to improve some things.
Very nice dinner !!! The food was fabulous we will dine there again when we stay there again.
Absolutely a delightful evening despite the pandemic.
Our martinis made to perfection. Entrees and soup well prepared and enjoyable. Our service was so attentive. We look forward to a return visit.
Thank you for your recent visit and taking the time to leave this very kind review. I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed your dining experience at Trevi 5. We look forward to your next visit.
