The Social Club - Surfcomber South Beach
The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. It was very pleasant sitting out on the front porch watching the people and enjoying the very pleasant weather.
Food was great! Our server, Rubin was attentive and very nice. Would definitely go back!
Since everything it is so expensive in Miami Beach we found this restaurant close to our hotel to have breakfast with an affordable price without having to pay for breakfast what we pay for dinner. Breakfast is delicious, you wont be disappointed.
Came with my boyfriend we had a reservation on sunday for brunch and were sat promptly which was good. Hostess was very nice and the music was amazing. The service was absolutely horrible. She should not be working there. Looked around and saw other attentive servers however ours was not which was frustrating. Rarely checked on us and was an order taker not a server that provides good service. We were Waiting so long to get anything. Not personable at all. We ordered two omelettes. Potatoes were very good but the omelettes were super eggy and seemed watered down. Had a very strong egg taste. Never had an omelette taste like this. Would not recommend the omelette. Overall it was our second day in Miami. Not a pleasurable experience dining with you all. Will not recommend this place and will not be back.
Great for our bachelorette party brunch! Expensive, but they are generous with their champagne poursw
Love coming here for brunch. Alex was awesome. Annual trip to Miami. Can’t say enough about brunch and bottomless mimosas. Make a reservation every year. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Awesome customer service and great music, job well done!
Great food, cute place!
Everything was fabulous. Service was top notch and all the food was delicious. They kept the mimosas coming as well so we definitely got our money’s worth.
It’s a must go to for brunch every time we come to town. Energetic music. Amazing mimosas and friendly staff.
Very nice. We had reservations but it took over 20 mins to get seated
The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful.
Poor service. Had mimosa which was not chilled and server said that bar is busy so that’s what we have. Server forgot to bring coffee and then said that it might have been ordered with somebody else. For brunch we ordered eggs Benedict and the taste wasn’t good either. There were three other people with us and food was average all across. They had mandatory 19% gratuity added to check so it was difficult to give them feedback and the servers didn’t care
The food was both poor tasting and cold. The table service was equally poor, and yet they automatically charged 20% service charge to our bill with no justification. VERY annoying! We had to constantly look around for our server to get any type of service. Never again. And valet parking is $37.50. Much cheaper public parking just two blocks away— so beware.
Just all round a little bit lacklustre. Have had much better breakfast elsewhere.
Food was delicious, everything came out quickly, and the bottomless mimosa flight was awesome! Our waitress never let our glasses stay empty for long, so overall was a great value. Outdoor seating was very nice, on a main street but not too much street noise. Really enjoyed our meal!
Every second Saturday they have a limited menu. They should inform us of this when booking. We were very disappointed in the limited selection. I chose short ribs that were over cooked and dry. My husband had the half bbq chicken which was not cooked enough; pinkish red near the bone. The service was only average. Loved the decor.
Hostess kept me on hold for 30 mins, I even got there and was still on hold. It wasn’t even busy...but the food and our server was great!
Our meal was fabulous, cool place.
Although the food was good, the menu selection was sparse. Not a lot of choices. Prices were pretty much in line with other hotel restaurants. My biggest complaint was our waitress. Not at all engaging and seemed to be in a bad mood. We sat outside on the patio. There were ashtrays sitting around and a couple in our group smoked. A guest from the table behind us jumped up with her toddler and went to complain about the smoke. The waitress then came to our table and told us that there was no smoking where we were seated
(on the patio next to the building) although you could smoke at the tables directly beside us on the patio (next to the railing) which literally was less than 3 feet apart and just as close to the table who complained. My feeling is IF you do not want to be around smoke...then sit inside where smoking is not allowed at all. I don’t particularly care having a noisey toddler seated by me when I’m having a business dinner. But I didn’t complain about it.
The menu on the website wasn't current. So wasn't quite what we were expecting. Limited selection. Took a very long time to get a salad. Other's who placed order after us got their food before us. Waitress seem to rush us through didn't even want to take the time to get our drink order before moving to the next table.
Brunch food was great. Filled bottomless mimosas fast
The food was ok, but service left a lot to be desired. Server forgot several requests throughout the meal and mischarged on the check. When the mistake was pointed out, we were told it would be a major process to correct.
Luis, our server, could not have been less attentive. One example of many, he forgot to bring our coffee and it didn’t come until after we were already eating our meal. Omelet was over cooked.
Do not go here. Really bad service, very bad food, even worse ambiance. There was no music!
We went there for brunch and the bottomless mimosas were amazing!! The servers were friendly and the food tasted great. Not to mention lots of cute places to take photos
Our server was the best and the food was even better! We went on a week night so it was not busy at all and sat outside and could hear the music from the other restaurants. A great atmosphere and the best appetizers!
This is a great spot for brunch - the food is delicious and the vibe of the place is great!
Food was ok, service was slow and poor (maybe because gratuity was already added no need to try). Overall a “meh” experience.
One of the best meals I have had on South Beach, staff fantastic and food stunning, Lobster Mac and cheese was amazing and deserts where amazing. The Doughnuts out of this world. Great place will be back.
Very good, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The food was very good!
I went there for my birthday and got a complimentary basket of donuts, very delish with the expresso chocolate dip. Food was amazing.
The pictures made it seem more like a stand alone restaurant, but it is very small "hotel lobby" restaurant.
Service was absolutely horrendous. The restaurant was not packed with maybe 3 tables on the patio and 2 inside and only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. She took forever to get anything we asked. We were starving when we got there and I ordered my frites as an appetizer and it came out with everyone’s food. Then my fried chicken was missing and came out 20 minutes after everyone finished eating. When it finally came, the food was very tasty but not worth enduring the terrible service.
Went there for breakfast- Carrot Cake Waffles were great. Bottomless Mimosa not worth the expense. Hand Crafted juices is where its at. Pineapple Express!!
Good food. Cool place. Very overpriced.
Nice hotel bar. Friendly staff. Service was a little spotty. Drinks expensive, but they offered a Yelp coupon for a mimosa. Food was good: omelette was really good; so was avocado toast.
The food was good but the wine selection and quality was very disappointing.
Good place ... good vibes ...
Lucas was awesome!
