Booked a table for 12 for my daughters birthday at least a month in advance. We were happy to find out we had the private room. However, the server was by himself upstairs doing other tables and us. We were waiting a long time for drinks, etc. It wasn’t until we complained to the manager that our server received any help! We ended up loving our server and my daughter was very happy! Food was delicious and we will be back again!

They provide excellent service however what you're going for is the food and its absolutely delicious! Nothing you order will be disappointing.

We met the general manager, Chris Leno who passed by and checked on us and was a very nice person. I told him I did have an unfortunate experience once with the pizza I ordered but never said anything because I have never had a meal I didn't enjoy but the pizza. I told him I had told my husband order anything but the pizza. He offered me a free pizza next time we came. Wow that's really great customer service but it always is not just that night😊
Such a great place to go Wednesday nights. BYOB with no corkage free and 1/2 charcuterie boards.
It was so loud that you basically had to yell to people sitting at your table. The food was mediocre and not at all how I remembered it from our visit when it first opened. It was a very disappointing dinner.
Overall, it's a wonderful place for a meal with a wonderful ambience. However, with the space comes the problem of sound carrying quite easily, leading to the din of other conversations adding to a cafeteria-esque atmosphere slightly. As well, I think the menu could be valued a little better, as the prices were a little high for the quality of food.
That being said, I really am splitting hairs. It was a wonderful time, service was great, and the food was lovely. I will definitely be back again.
The waitress was amazing! The food was superb! The manager stopped by our table to introduce himself & chat a bit while we waited for our meal. Love this place!!!
We had a post Taste of Edmonton board review of how our Festival went this year. We managed to secure the room this time and it was great. Service was v good and very attentive to our needs all the time. To those who want a venue to meet with staff or clients be serviced well and private The Parlour is the place. Upper private space for 12 we love it and our Taste board are now fans
The food was phenomenal very much reminiscent of when I was in Italy, the waitress Britney was great very attentive very good suggestions and right there absolutely wonderful person, I have no hesitation of not only returning to that restaurant which is an hour and 20 drive for me but would not hesitate recommending it to my friends ...
This may be my misconception but I thought I was going to a restaurant but it felt a bit like they had roped off an area as a “restaurant” in the middle of a bar. The servers weren’t necessarily bad but were a bit lacking in the finer points of service (reaching across the table unnecessarily to place a plate down when they could have come around the table, no memory of who ordered what, forgetting to ask if we wanted a refill). There was a sense that we were inconveniencing them all by being there and having the audacity to not be young and cool. They all seemed rather unenthusiastic about their jobs. Not that I want fake cheer but maybe not a tired resignation from a 22 year old. The food was mediocre. Calamari was completely flavourless and greasy. The lasagna was ok but way too much bottled sauce. The ravioli was good but nothing spectacular. The use of the short rib meat in everything appeals to me because I like short ribs but it seems a bit over used. All in all it’s a bit over priced for a very blah place to eat.
On a side note, they really need to replace some of the worn out furniture. Split vinyl on the seats looks rather unsanitary.
The service was great and the food delicious. It was our anniversary and they brought us a prosecco with a strawberry to celebrate. That was super.
Service was good, tried a pizza with thin slices of potato as a topping and surprisingly very good. The star of the meal was the appetizer of tempura battered cauliflower- yum!
Great to get out to The Parlour any time. Never disappointed.
The service at The Parlour is incredible! You are well taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone we encountered was friendly and warm. The food is tasty and there is a great selection of wine offerings. Our new favourite spot in downtown YEG.
We had a lovely lunch on the patio. It is a great spot for a sunny day.
Chef Christine is amazing! Not only did she accommodate my dietary restrictions, the presentation of the antipasto board was outstanding and very tasty with the new cheese selection! Thank you!
Birthday dinner with great service!
The food, as usual, was delicious. The service was terrible. We came for a birthday celebration. Our waiter was very casual in all aspects. Very nonchalant. Service was slow . Didn't know any specials, what the flavour the Panna Cotta was. Had to ask for water numerous times before he brought it and he still forgot two of the guests, passed food out in front of another guest without saying excuse me. Passes the drinks across the table. Had white wine and just let the bottle on the table, no wine chiller/holder Never came back for additional drinks. Forgot one of the desserts. Had to go ask him while he was cleaning tables. Forgot cream for my coffee. When he came with it, he had a spoon but had spilled the cream all over the tray. I could go on. I have been here numerous times and will mostly likely not come back again.
Food was average, no complaints just not remarkable. Service was great... friendly and very prompt. Very cool spot, great ambiance with nice patio.

I love Parlour. I came here for a first date about a year ago and have been bringing friends and family to this place ever since. The staff is amazing here and the ambiance is so unique. This place always feels alive but not crowded, which is often hard to come across. The food is very unique and flavourful and the drink selection is huge. Would definitely recommend. I have been here 7 times and never had any experience below excellent.
Darren’s Tori provided excellent customer service to four gals who were out to see Oprah. Aaron(Erin) our waiter was very attentive and our food arrived quickly and we enjoyed our pizzas. Would definitely go back!

Amazing ambience, the host and our waiter were more than pleasant and accommodating, and the food - pizza was amazing as was the caesar salad. Bright, open - wonderful lunchtime experience. So good to have you open for lunch again!!
They open at 4, but we got there a little earlier and they allows us to take a seat and getting some menus. It was a reservation for 10 and our table was ready even we were early!
My sons grad , the parlour was very accommodating to my party of 16 . Private room off to the side where we could take pictures. Food was very timely . Well presented and tasted great . One small critic .. the pizza was average at best . Kinda looked like little caesars
Food took way to long to come, Entrée took more than 45 mins after we finished the Appetizer. Not enough servers working and very slow services.
The service was quite slow, our server talked up the bartender's whiskey sour and i was actually quite disappointed in what i received. The pizza itself was really good, but the starters left much to be desrired.
