The Melting Pot - Boca Raton

We celebrated our anniversary at the Melting Pot -Boca Raton as we have many times before. We were greeting as we walked through the door and our table was waiting. Our sever was James, a long time employee whom we have had before.
James is extremely knowledgeable on the menu items, made suggestions and even recalled the name if the original cheese fondue we had years ago, the Classic which has a new name and a few different ingredients.

We ordered the Big Night Out. The cheese was delicious and I was full by the time our salads arrived. The pace was just right. The main course was yummy and we were so full we just cooked up the rest to take home. Of course next was the chocolate fondue. We like the Yin and Yang the best. Again we couldn’t manage to finish and we took it hone. James provided extra chocolate to go snd instructed us on how to heat it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner and the staff in Boca Raton is awesome.

We will be back for other celebrations in the next few weeks.

We got there early and was able to get seated early. The food was great as always and our server seemed like he was in was in a rush and made the cheese in a hurry some cheese wasn’t melted all the way, our waiter also didn’t remind us how long to cook our proteins for. And when it was the desert course we didn’t see him for a good moment. The manager had to come and ask us what chocolate we wanted and we had to mix our peanut butter in the chocolate ourselves. We felt a little rushed after we got the chocolate and started to dip he brought us the check and we weren’t ready for the check yet, we wanted to get more but felt rushed and paid before we could even finish. Other then that the food was great

Shelby was the best Server we have had.

Service was an issue. Multiple aspects of our meal were incorrect from the salad to the chosen cooking broth to the chosen meats for cooking.

Bring an appetite, and plan to be there 2-3 hours. Courses come sequentially, and your server (we had Shelby [A+]) will take as much time as you wish to provide details about your selections. You will have a private table/alcove, with curtains if you wish seclusion, and the entire staff will step in as needed to make sure your requests are promptly granted. If it's not a special occasion that brings you here, you will remember it as one!

Made reservations for anniversary and new year’s. Expectations were far exceeded. Excellent service, lovely private seating, and amazing food. Will be back!!

We have been to Melting Pot many times in the past. This visit was just not as good in any way. Our waiter seemed to be rushing us through the meal. He took away my salad when I wasn’t done with it. Usually the wait staff is very chatty When making the different fondues. This one just told us the ingredients. I chose my meats for the main fondue. They were chicken, prime filet and shrimp. My husband chose teriyaki steak, tuna and duck. My chicken was chewy and stringy. I ate only one piece and left the rest. The waiter did not even ask me why. The prime filet was just okay. My husband said the best thing he had from the main course was the three shrimp I gave him. The quality of the meats was definitely lacking. I had to ask for drink ice tea refills all night long.

Our server Earl was very professional and provided my parents a wonderful experience. It was very important because it was my mothers birthday. The menu was very complicated and there is an over abundance of food that is served.

Server was extremely rude

This was our first time ever at The Melting Pot. We were celebrating my 60th trip around the sun and everyone there was just wonderful from the minute we arrived till the minute we left. We were greeted with a birthday card signed by the whole staff and the hostess took a picture of us and printed it and put it in a cute frame. The four course meals we ordered were out of this world delicious. When dessert came out our server sang Happy Birthday and brought me an individual little cake with a candle. I wish I remembered her name as her service was over the top. She made some great recommendations and checked in during every course to make sure we had all we needed! The chocolate turtle fondue was the highlight of the evening. So delicious and beautifully presented!. We will be back for our next special occasion. Thanks so much for a great experience.

We love having our celebrations there, it's so much fun and interactive with all the choices to try. Our server was FANTASTIC and got us everything we requested AND was fun.

Small Family dinner for teen birthday. He enjoyed the variety and process immensely. Felt very comfortable with social distancing and table setup. Server wore a KN95 mask. So fun!

The staff went above and beyond for my anniversary it was very thoughtful. The cheese and dessert course were great but we were not happy with the main course. All in all we had a great experience thanks to the amazing staff, thank you!

It is still a nice experience...time to update the background music though! The 80s want their Playlist back.

We come back to Melting Pot time and time again for special occasions and we are never disappointed. They have great service and we all leave with full and happy tummies. My 7 year old even requests it for his special birthday dinner.
