Great for special occassions and for restaurant week as well. Full meal is delicious and lets you be totally spoiled ! Lots of options of food types for each course. And for chocolate lovers, the chocolate fondues are decadent and delicious!

And a huge bonus is the calorie ranges are listed throughout the menu to help making dinner choices!

We have been to a number of Melting Pot Restaurants in numerous states. This was by far one of the poorer experiences. All our previous experiences included highly attentive staff...this experience was not so. Drinks sat empty, and the courses moved very slow. Food was amazing as always and even though the manager was very visible and helping, it just didn’t live up to the high quality we have come to know and expect from The Melting Pot.

Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a bit warm in the restaurant, but I guess that is to be expected when your cooking at your table.

Food and service was excellent. We were seated at a two person horseshoe-shaped booth with the fondue pot off center, which made it difficult to reach the fondue pot without dripping across the table but we made due. Nothing to be done about the noise level unless you asked the loud ladies around us to tone it down so we dealt with it by asking each other to repeat things during our dinner conversation. Otherwise, my husband and I loved every bit of the four-course meal. Looking forward to our next visit.

Note: probably the best place for ladies night, post break-up sympathy night or date night. Expect to spend $$.

Fondue is always a nice change of pace and fun alternative. The food was great with lots of variety and ample quantities for dipping from the cheeses to the breads to the meat and desserts. Service was a little on the slow side.

This particular visit to the Melting Pot was very disappointing. We’ve been there before and the food is overpriced but the experience is fun and the kids like it. This time we had terrible service- sat there for 20 minutes before we received water. I finally said something and they comped us a round of drinks which was nice but id rather have great service. Waiter forgot that we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Never checked to see if we needed sauces replenished, etc (luckily the maitre de did). Waiter never offered any explanation or apology. Overall very poor service for a pricey meal.

Excellent meal overall. You should offer endless cheese fondue. Our server, Jeff, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.

The server explained to us how to cook the food and how long it took to cook it. Very friendly and patient. Also, having our picture taken with a Hawaiian theme was a clever idea.

Always great! Loved the basic cheese fondue. Meat selections met everyone’s desires. This is my go to place for every birthday!

We love the Melting Pot and go there frequently, but this visit was disappointing. We made our reservation on Open Table and I requested a specific table and rose petals. The hostess wasn't going to seat us at our favorite table until she read the reservation more closely and realized that we were supposed to be seated there. No rose petals were on the table and no mention was ever made of them. Lastly, for the first time ever, no manager came around to ask how our dinner was. I was going to tell all of this to the manager, but none appeared.....

We have been to the Richmond location a couple of times, so while some friends and I was having a girls weekend we decided to try the Melting Pot in Arlington and had a awesome experience. There was a better variety of dippers for the cheese and chocolate courses. The manager came and checked up on us. He had a great attitude. Overall we had a great time.

As usual a great meal. Loved the $29 ladies night price. My friends tried for the first time and they gave us $10 coupon.

The food was amazing and the service was extraordinary! I highly recommend the vegan options as well. Anybody who has a gluten allergy can also still enjoy an incredible meal without feeling as though they sacrificed for those not gluten free.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. The kids menu provided quite of bit of food to my surprise. They also brought her a plate with a small cake bite and a candle that said happy birthday on it for her birthday.

Something was wrong with how the tonic water was being made, and the restaurant was so empty that it took a while for anyone tofu d us and try to rectify Tom’s weird gin and tonic. Didn’t like the bread/veggie mix on the wood tray. My idea of a negative improvement.

Disappointed, was told one price but then charged a lot more- the “special” was only in the bar- service was slow, water glasses not promptly refilled- and warm water, no ice Very let down

Had an outstanding time at Melting Pot celebrating family member's birthday. This was the first time both ate "fondue" serving restaurant and they enjoyed every second of their time. FIVE STARS to our server and staff!!

7 pm on a Wed., not many tables filled, but slow service and the worst music ever, like someone's random playlist. The bench seating at our booth was so low the table was at upper chest level. I'm 6'1'. Just a bit uncomfortable, we all agreed.
Cocktails were good, but took forever to arrive, that after waiting too long just to put the order in, a good 15 min from being seated until drinks served.
Food was good, but nothing special. Nice presentation, the veggies and breads they served to do the actual dipping were great and it was of course fun to cook your own food, although it's hard to keep track of what you're eating with 3-4 different meats and 6 different dipping sauces. The large spoon for "search and rescue" missions was a helpful hit!
Dessert was the runaway winner, although we were all really stuffed from the mounds of cheese, salad and said 3-4 small servings of meat. The dipping treats for the chocolate were great!
All in all, an "OK" meal, nothing too memorable, other than all that chocolate!

The Melting Pot is always delicious. If you haven't tried it, you should! It was a quiet night in the restaurant so we always had the attention of the server though I was perturbed when he grabbed the remaining sides to my cheese before I was done eating it.

I noticed that the wine list was not as extensive as I remember from past visits. Not sure why they needed to cut that back when they have a beautiful room to store it visible from the seating area.

As the contents get low, they get hotter. Second degree burn from a drop of cheese.
The room was steaming hot, very uncomfortable.

Loved this place, however the only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the ladies room was not baby changing friendly. I had to struggle to change him on the sink...which was not to fun for him or me.

We have gone to the Arlington Melting Pot 3 times in a little over a year. Once for a birthday, once for the Christmas Eve special, and, the latest, for Father's Day. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The service proceeds at a pace that allows you to enjoy each course. Questions are answered completely and with respect.

The entrees should be fully cooked and only dipped for flavor. It took way too long to cook the entrees and we wasted most of it. Wasn’t worth the price.

Went for our anniversary and it was a fun choice. Fondue was really hot for a while and its popularity has waned a bit, but it is still a fun experience. It is not a light meal. It is tasty, just pace yourself and save room for the chocolate!

Went for dessert with$25 gift card and used it all up for two desserts. So it's a little pricey. But shared with wife and 6yo daughter. And it's delicious so no complaints.
