From the OpenTable editors: Brett Graham opened The Ledbury in 2005, and nearly two decades later it stands among only a handful of restaurants in the UK to hold three MICHELIN Stars. The tasting menu is rooted in produce Graham has invested in directly—he rears his own deer, Jersey cattle, and Iberian pigs and grows mushrooms in an in-house fungarium. The signature Mushrooms from the Cabinet arrives with an intensity that only comes from that level of proximity to the source. To drink, the cellar rewards proper attention: an 800-bin wine list built across 20 years with old red Burgundy offered at prices that are hard to come by. The calm and understated dining room with natural light only works to enhance that special feeling of eating here. London Icons were chosen by a panel of top hospitality critics and industry leaders, appointed by OpenTable, from a pre-selected shortlist.
