They got rid of bottomless brunch. I called to confirm and they didnt tell me they had it until we got there. The drinks were all OJ with a splash of champagne. We left as soon as we finished our food. So many places in NYC - skip this one!!!!
This was much better than expected and for the price it is a real deal. Don't let the location fool you it's worth the wander into the Financial District.
Food and staff were great. This is a really good and oft overlooked option for dinner in the financial district.
I had higher hopes but was disappointed. The place was empty, which made it quiet, but was also a sign from the beginning. Food was OK. The waiter was very nice.
Good food, great music. Service was ok. Good neighborhood spot.
The dinning room in the back was empty and freezing, so we sit infront, the food was so bad the chicken was overcooked in some places raw in others, my pasta tasted like evaporated milk with ravioli that we couldn’t even pretend to eat, and i asked for a Tittos and pineapple that first came as just a glass of pure Tittos, when i asked for it to be fixed it was just pineapple. Honestly was excited to come here and was sooo disappointed i made another reservation and left.
Great food reasonably priced. Wide range of choices.
The biggest challenge was that i ordered a pasta meal that was described as having pine nuts, which i quite like. However, when the meal came, it had peanuts rather than pine nuts. Since the service was slow and we had a big crowd, i opted not to say anything during the meal. At the end, I double checked the menu to make sure it said pine nuts and then spoke to the host to inform him. He never came back to me to indicate either way. I then informed the waitress. She then came back and informed me that they did not have peanuts in the kitchen and that I must be mistaken. I am quite confident that both myself and my husband know the difference between a pine nut and a peanut. I was more afraid that a chef did not. Fortunately I do not have an allergy to nuts, however, if you are sensitive to nuts, i would not eat here.
The place was empty when we went (4:45pm). The food was delicious!! We were 4 so split 2 apps. Ordered one burger/fries, tuna 2 Ways (so fresh), Mediterranean chicken and angel hair pasta with shrimp. The food was so fresh and prepared to order. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. Will def return there.
I didn't realize that The Ketch was part of the 4 Points Sheraton hotel downtown. Would I have gone somewhere else? Maybe. Am I happy I had dinner there? Yes. While the service was a bit on the slow side (I sat at the bar a full 10 minutes and the bartender never acknowledged my presence), the food was surprisingly fresh and cooked perfectly.
Very good food, as always.
Always a pleasure! Happy hour food and drinks are so great! Along with the top notch service from our waiter Jorge. We will be back very soon!
Really cool bar and dining area.
Went for lunch and enjoyed the food and beverage selection. Food was very good as well as the service. Treated with respect and not rushed or hurried.
Our second time lunching there and both experiences did not disappoint.
Great food, friendly and helpful staff, overall great experience
We came for brunch because it was listed as bottomless. It is NOT bottomless and they don’t honor their advertising. Then my friend’s French toast was so burnt on one side he couldn’t eat it. The waitress came at the very end of our meal to ask if he wanted something else. Ma’am it’s a little too late for that 🙄. This place is honestly not worth it. We only went because it was right there connected to our hotel. Never again!
Food good but not excellent, noisier than in our past visits.
I met some friends for breakfast. Food was ok but expensive for quality service was terrible and I had to find someone to get me a second cup of coffee and then again for the check.
Service top, le repas a été très bon.
Our server was the best part, I didn’t catch her name but she was a gem. Made sure everything was going well! We came in during happy hour and I can’t wait to go back!
Ketch is always awesome. Food is great and service is impeccable.
It was awesome! The food was amazing! This place is definitely worth going to!
Always excellent food and service. One of our favorite places
Food was outstanding. We were a party of 8 and everything came out hot and together. Service staff was very attentive.
Worst Service ever. We waited 15 minutes to get our reservated table, another 10 min. to order drinks and another 10 min. to get the drinks. We decided not to eat there and went to another restaurant.
Great! Enjoyed it
Had a team breakfast meeting at Ketch and found it to be spacious, not too loud and very good service.
We made a reservation through OpenTable and when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff told us it was closed for the night for a special event, even though I had received a confirmation of my reservation. They forgot to close the OpenTable app for the night. They were unhelpful and unapologetic about it. We came all the way downtown to eat there and we were pretty mad about that, since it was Friday night and did not have plans to eat elsewhere. By the time we arrived at Fetch, all the restaurants around were full. The staff never offered anything to help us find another restaurant, or offer a future discount, or anything else. We are not going back at Fetch, EVER.
The restaurant took and confirmed restaurants on thanksgiving and then we got there and said kitchen was closed.
Great food! Good service, the salmon was delicious! Recommended!
Convenient location to the office for a quick drink.
Good food, service could not have been any worse. Quite disappointing.
Food was very good, service was pretty good, we ate in the restaurant area which felt a bit isolated from the very noisy, rather packed bar area. We wanted to have a drink on the rooftop patio but that was unfortunately closed. It's a bit of a pricey restaurant, so I'd recommend it only on a date or business meeting maybe, a little rough on the wallet for an ordinary get together with a friend.
Was a good spot. We were traveling with a group of 8 and needed a quick reservation. The beer taps were good. The pizzas were delicious.
I enjoyed the food & atmosphere! The waiter & staff were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter wasn't pleased with her food and they took it back and made her another dish! Very professional. Will definitely good again.
I love Ketch because the food is always delicious and it's easy to get a table. Also it's pretty quick, making it easy to have a good meal without spending hours at the restaurant. Service is slow, but the kitchen is fast. I love the crab-cake sandwich so much!
Menu changed. Bar/restaurant attached to Four Points by Sheraton Hotel
This is a new version of the old Ketch. It is right next to a Sheraton hotel which is good for business, I suppose, but what was once a classy fairly quiet restaurant is now a tourist mecca. Tough to enjoy a meal, which was very good, while being assaulted by braying bar patrons downing shots. The good food and great value isn't worth the cacophony.
Great service and food. Would definitely go back next time in New York.
Ketch has become a regularly for me to dine with friends, family, and colleagues. Great variety on the menu and so far all the meals I have tried have been exceptionally good. The service staff are very attentive and always pleasant to deal with. In the summer or they have a roof top dining area. This was a great find that was recommended by a friend. Enjoy.
