We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal.
The shrimp cocktail was very good with large, cold shrimp. The turkey dinner was excellent as well as the creamy creme brulee for dessert.

Felt safely distance. Food was exceptional and the service noteworthy!! Had the special which was pan-severed Halibut & New England clam chowder, it was perfection!!! Thank you for a great meal and experience!!
this is a very good restaurant, worth he 1 1/2 drive for a good meal
We had a wonderful Sunday brunch. The food, drinks and desserts were outstanding. This was the entire party’s first time at brunch (I have been there before for dinner). The atmosphere was very nice and we had a great server, Kim. Would definitely go for brunch again to Greenfield Restaurant.

The halibut was one of the night’s specials and it was excellent. We received a friendly greeting and our waitress was very attentive.

Server was not overly friendly, appeared as if she did not want to be there, food was warm...steak was not cooked properly and we were not asked how food was till she came back and asked if we wanted dessert.
MichaelR, We sincerely apologize for your recent negative experience. Our restaurant has been known for excellent service, so we regret that we missed the mark during your visit. This certainly is not the standard, and we do hope that you will give us another chance to "wow" you.
Our reservations were at 7:15 - we were not waited on for 20 mins after arriving. We were served our first round of drinks at 8:00.
Service was very poor which is surprising since they were at about 50% capacity.
They also changed the menu and most of our favorite offerings had been dropped.
michaelv, We sincerely apologize for your recent experience at our restaurant. This certainly does not reflect our reputation for excellent service and we truly regret missing the mark on this. As for the change in menu - due to COVID-19, we had to cut our offerings in half and we were also disappointed to see many of these items go. We are hoping that we will be able to bring back many of these favorites soon! Thank you for sharing your experience and we hope you will give us another chance.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in Lancaster County (as I don’t like Amish cooking) but the last few times we’ve come the food quality is not what it used to be & our soup & my dinner was cold. The restaurant is beautiful & the service is still great but I won’t be going back for dinner there for awhile.

I took my sister to the Greenfield Inn Restaurant to celebrate her Birthday. We had a really nice time. She has been wanting to go there for awhile. We use to go to this restaurant when we were younger. We had a great meal, great service and nice ambience.

Very busy. Service superb and she was very busy but attentive. Kitchen struggled to keep up and manage flow of food.

We had a lovely dinner on the patio- they have heaters and the tables are distanced. The food was excellent, steaks and fish all prepared perfectly. The funny part was that at 9:00 pm we were almost the only table there and realized it was time to leave. This was a Friday night!

The restaurant was very quick to seat the group however, they were down a server. We did receive water directly after we sat down but it did take about 15 minutes to see a server for our drink orders. After the drinks were delivered, the server came back within 5 minutes to take our food order. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was delicious!

30 years of good/great experiences, tonight was the sole exception. Not up to usual high standards.
Perfect evening with piano music playing, great service & outstanding food! Our party of five enjoyed a cheese plate to start, then followed up with some chef's specials of halibut & salmon that were prepared perfectly and others had scallops w/ risotto & crabcake dinners that were some of the best we have ever had. Our server was very helpful and our drinks, moscow mules & manhattans were delicious. The manager, Zac stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking, so professional and attentive. We can't wait to return!

Everything was very good. The only issue was their printer wouldn’t print out credit card receipts so had to make do since there was only one person who knew how to fix and they weren’t there so they should have another person who knows how to fix it.

Although we had received recommendations to eat there, we were a bit disappointed. We made reservations, but were initially escorted to the cellar. I didn't want to do the stairs, so asked for the dining room. The patio had a rehearsal dinner, so that was out. I had hope for the patio to celebrate my birthday, but stuff happens I suppose. The food was excellent! Our waitress had the personality of a stale breadstick. I was quite surprised but hoped she was just having a bad day. It was okay, but for the money, I would choose somewhere else. We were much happier the next day at The Brasserie.
