65th Birthday

We have been to Capital Grill for special occasions for the past 5 years in Vegas and EVERY TIME is has been memorable. We cannot thank the entire staff enough for their continued consistent service and attention to detail. My wife ever time has the sea bass- best we ever had (and I'm including a fresh catch when we went to Greece!). I had their special surf and turf topped with crab meat- AMAZING! Look- if you want to save a buck, don't come here.... Yes- it's very expensive. BUT.... you get what you pay for and the Capital Grill is worth every penny! Thank you CG team!

Unfortunately, there was an outside walkway exit near the table so tons of traffic near our seat. Have not been to a Capital Grille in a few years, but otherwise the experience was fantastic.

It was a good date we made the reservations for 10pm but we ordered the 14oz steak and wanted mashed potatoes which they were out of. The food took 37 minutes to prepare a steak and Spinach. The steak was dry and flavorless and the sauce that was on there was good but no where near enough. I also ordered the lobster bisque which was worse than the steak. The only good thing was the water and clam chowder.

The Capital Grille in Las Vegas continues to exceed expectations even in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Felt completely safe, the restaurant is following government protocols with the utmost attention and the food and service are unparalleled. Thank you to the management and the staff for another terrific experience.

It was my 54th birthday. Everything was extraordinary. I love the variety of breads, The wedge salad, creamy mashed potatoes, cream spinach, and the delicious ribeye steak. But most of all the birthday card at my table with the delicious dessert.

It was awesome and our server was pretty awesome too so it made the experience wonderful

Great Appetizers. WE had the Lobster Crab Cakes and Calamari. Calamari has a nice bite and is spicy. It would have been nice to have a sauce with it (like an Aioli). MY Wife had the Filet and Lobster and I had the 14oz that was excellent. The Lobster Mac and Cream Spinach were also excellent.
The nicest part was the touches. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and they put little confetti hearts on the table, There was a personal handwritten card and then provided a Great dessert that said Happy Anniversary.

Food was good.
Concerned with the social distancing very large table that was seated fairly close to us made us uncomfortable. Continued to keep the mask on for most of the night as best we could esp when not eating. Also at the bar was a large group not social distancing creating uncomfortable environment for others around.

Locals who often eat here. Love it mostly for service and food. Be careful where you seat locals. 🤔

Overall experience was good. Our waiter was excellent and acknowledged our birthdays. He was great.

Service was great but they messed up my customer’s order giving him a strip instead of a ribeye - this was for the security & IT director for DTPLV & then they cooked my filet MW almost Well done and it should have been Medium. I don’t know what happened but never had that before when I come in there. The server did take care of the strip & app for us but never asked how everyone else was so I didn’t mention the filet.
Coming back in with another customer this Wed so hopeful everything will go smoother this time.

The menu had changed since our last visit, possibly due to the recent closure. We are always please with our dining experience. The menu choices allowed use to try something different. My choice of the filet was delicious. My wife's lamb chops were prepared just the way she liked...ala-in-all a delightful dining experience.

We had a wonderful lunch at the Capital Grill in Las Vegas. The boneless ribeye steak was delicious, the mash potato was great, and the French green beans was outstanding. My wife had the shrimp cocktail and a salad, which she enjoyed. The coconut creme pie was a good ending. The wine by the glass was well selected. We will return again.

Wonderful experience, great food and great experience. The lobster and crab cakes are excellent, and the sea bass was phenomenal. Ending with the berries and cream.. took me back to Wimbledon! Definitely will be back.

Great customer service delicious food

This was another positive experience at The Capital Grill. Service, food, staff attitude and how thy are handling COVID-19 and safety, all were top notch. On only one previous visit was there some concerns but this experience redeemed that concern and more.

Very nice dinner. Great service. Romantic for the third night of our first date.
