    A must go to if your in San Juan....the food is really no-stop an excellent. This was my 1st time going and I DEFINITELY will be coming back ❤️

    The service was outstanding, the ambiance was somber and the food was mediocre. Some of the cuts were served in plates, I believe for the the past day, some other cuts were dry, chewy and overcooked. Just after complaining, some cuts were arriving hot and medium rare as supposed. But won't be visiting in a near future.

    We have been there several times in the past. But this time was much worse. Very long waits between servings of meat. Also very overcooked filet mignon, which was terrible. Probably last trip to Texas de Brasil.

    Poor quality of food. Servers did not know how to cut the meat. Meat had no flavor and seem to be an old cut of food. Salad bar was very limited from previous visits.

    Needs alot of improvement. Was celebrating my birthday weekend and also my engagement. I placed that in the reservation notes. No one from staff even acknowledge this at all. Went up to start our 1st course, decided to get the ceasar salad, but there was no ceasar dressing anywhere in house. I asked for it and they said that it ran out the night before. Additionally we back to the table, continuously had the guys coming up with the meats even though they saw that the card was turnt over on the red side. We were just on salad and we felt very rushed . We then went up to get the sides for the entrees, not one chauffer had a sign to tell us what we were about to choose. I mean this would have been so helpful especially since we aren't from the island. To add insult to injury the rice was totally hard. Made it known to our server and she spoke with the manager, and his response was we could get rice from the inside of the kitchen. The evening was already on a downhill so we passed on the offer. Asked for lamb from 1 of the guys. We are actually still waiting on it . It just never came. Not a place for special occasions or even a nice dinner. You will be disappointed.

    Expensive for the amount of meat that comes in an hour. The buffet options are not extensive compared to other.

    They allowed family pets in the restaurant and they weren’t service dogs. They started barking crazily at the guests and both the owners picked them up (there were 2 dogs) in the middle of customers dining and you could see the hair flying in the air. No dogs inside restaurants it would’ve been different if an outside establishment and different caliber restaurant.

    We had a wonderful first time experience at Texas de Brazil. Our server was so kind and the food was excellent. We went when it was not very busy, so our experience was magnificent. I totally recommend.

    I went there many years ago and was impressed by the standard of cliness and CS. But now and after i did a mothers day reservation had to wait, and seened that i didnt need it. I waited for about 15 minutes . So why i needed a reservation for?? We was seated by the salad bar with all the people banging our table and looking over us. We also feeled that we had to hurry , next time ill go to McDonalds i think i will get a finer service for less. Never again.

    Had a great time, the food was really good and just kept coming. Some meat was overcooked however, it didn't spoil the overall experience. Service was excellent.

    Food did not come to the table when green tab was upright. I think that the individuals walking around with the meat kept running out by the time they got to the front of the room where my wife and I was sitting.

    We had a reservation at 9:30 pm. Salad bar food was old. Meats were all overcooked and not tasty. By far, the worst Texas de Brazil I have ever been to. Texas de Brazil is one of my favorite restaurants. I went to the restaurant in Miami just days earlier at 9:30 and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ll be sticking to Texas de Brazil on the mainland.

    We went to this location to celebrate my son's birthday. We have tried Texas de Brazil in Miami several times and were never disappointed. Upon being seated I explained to the server that my son doesn't eat anything but chicken, so I would appreciate it greatly if that was brought to us before anything else. Unfortunately, they did not bring any chicken until an hour and a half after our arrival when we were already ready to get our check. They brought us flank steak and filet mignon that was extremely overcooked (which when we got there the hostess asked us how we would like our meat cooked and we told her medium). The rice at the salad bar was overcooked and crunchy. It was a really bad experience and such a waste of $270 (for 3 people). I do not recommend trying this establishment.
