For this visit, we found that the food was better overall than normal. The flavor seemed better, and the meats were of a higher quality. On prior visits there have been tough cuts that we couldn't eat, or those with gristle, but quality this time was excellent! Service suffered significantly on this visit, our first since the COVID-19 pandemic. The salad bar is open but is off limits to diners, so the servers have to visit the salad bar to make salads for all guests at their tables. The restaurant simply isn't staffed for this type of operation. Time and time again, our server disappeared for 5 or 10 minutes, minimum, and we found ourselves sitting at the table needing dressing, or soup, or wine, or cocktails. You name it - but we of course couldn't get up and go get it for ourselves. The restaurant needs to re-think its approach to service, as it's really not working satisfactorily.
The food was wonderful, as well as the service. There was a large birthday party in the same room as us so it was a little noisy, but overall we loved it and will definitely return!
We got sat in a corner with cobwebs and a fly ended up getting in my drink. Every time any meat came by we were the last ones it felt like to pick and the Well done option was always out. The server was very pleasant no bad regards there but food and setting wise not. Will not be going back to the Dallas location or any.
Isaac was a wonderful, attentive, and engaging server. He paid close attention to my food allergies and made sure that the servers with our favorite cuts of meats returned to our table often. The entire team was adhering to optimal safety levels and wearing masks and gloves and making us feel completely safe dining out again. The manager checked on us often and was incredibly attentive, as well. Each meat was cooked and flavored perfectly, and all of the sides were replenished as soon as was needed. We were thrilled with our experience and cannot wait to return.
There was a table seated behind us that must have thought they were at a cowboys game. My girlfriend and I chose Texas de Brazil for a celebration and were in aw when the table behind us erupted in laughter and shouting frequently. The meat was ok, it always seemed like the meat was either under cooked or over cooked. And everything was very salty. The sides and salads were phenomenal.
Everything was great start to finish! Great service!
Great food and service. Strongly recommend it. We will definitely be back again.
This would be a once a year venture for some. All of that wonderfully cooked me is a lot for any one person more often than once a year. I am still stuffed. Awesome job Texas de Brazil. We'll be back!
Took my dad for his birthday and even though we are in a different time they was very clean and nice.
The beef was very salty
You can feel the salt when you bite into the meat on your teeth
Very good service
Very upset. While walking by salad by I slipped over what looked like splashes of water. Surprised I didn't sprain my ankle.
Felt very comfortable eating here, very clean and friendly staff!
The food is phenomenal, the service is great, and the price is reasonable.
Excelente restaurante muy limpio me gusta el ambiente
Awesome dining concept. Not as much variety on the buffet as I experienced at the Addison restaurant. May have been due to Covid- 19. Service was excellent except my party was offended by the hostess directing us to a table in the back dark corner when there were plenty of table in the more lighted area. The hostess corrected this by escorting us to window table.
The restaurant was pretty busy and the waiter didn’t make much time to take care of us. It is like he wanted to take care of other tables. The meat servers didn’t come by as often as expected. The Addison location is much better than this one. He did make it up by letting us know the dessert was on the house.
Very good good and good value for what you receive.
Like always great service!! We come here once a month and I love it everytime. Service is great food is delicious!!
Celebrated my brother's 48th anniversary after not having been there in years. Even with social distancing and not being able to serve ourselves at the huge salad bar, everything went very well. We ordered from a salad menu and our waiter brought us plates full of salad, family style. And then the meat started coming! Oh my, other family members hadn't eaten at Texas de Brazil before, so they were in for a big surprise! The beef, lamb, pork, chicken, sausage, everything was tasty and very good. As I noticed on another review it is a bit salty but the tastiness overcame that somewhat. All in all, a very good experience. I'll be back!
We were disappointed in the way that the salad offering was handled. I know with the COVID-19 concerns the self served salad bar is a issue but full price was still charged for the meal. Typically the salad bar experience is just as great as the meat selections. There were 6 of us so the salad was brought out a la carte to all of us so it had to be passed around and you got some things that you typically would not have picked for yourself. My suggestion would be for the servers to build each person’s own salad instead of mixing it all together on multiple plates and then having to pass it around between all in the party. There were 6 of us and for the price of the meal I do not feel like the value was there because of the salad and condiment experience. Thanks!!!
al mesero que nos atendió muy amable pero se descuidó un poquito cuando ya íbamos empezar a cenar todavía no nos había traído tenedor , cuchillo y pinzas para agarrar la carne , es una crítica constructiva , pero lo demás todo muy bien
the waiter who took care of us very friendly but was neglected a little when we were already going to start to dinner still had not brought us fork, knife and tweezers to grab the meat, it is a constructive critique, but everything else very well
