We loved our first meal at Johnny Fishbone. So handy to transport we commuted 20 Klm and it was worth it! Stepped inside great atmosphere one look around I could see happy faces at work the bar was great and the food was absolutely exceptional we are amazed at the high quality of food and the range of options on menu. Even the handwritten menu looked special . We ordered a Pino Gris from Orange and was told all about our choice prior to trying it was beautiful and so worth it too. Service was great but the food was the star of our night we loved everything we tried yum! We are coming back soon and are sending other family there next week ! The chef and kitchen staff all look so happy , food is creative clever and delicious ! This kind of food can only ever be supported by good management Fav dish of the night was toss up between wagu grained beef paper thin. And the swordfish wow ! Thank you Johnny fishbone Kind regards Toni and Russell MoreOpenTable Diner -
One word: AMAZING. Have been going to this place since it opened and it never disappoints. If anything it always exceeds expectations. Exceptional service, the loveliest and most friendly staff, super delicious food, ambience is just perfect. I have lost counts how many people I have taken here and that is not going to stop. One of my absolute favorites in Sydney. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Fujisaki is the refined new modern Japanese restaurant and bar by Lotus Dining opening at The Streets of Barangaroo in November. Executive chef, Chui Lee Luk delivers her take on Japanese cuisine featuring a menu led by the seasons and emphasising the customised robata grill. Behind the raw bar, sushi master Ryuichi Yoshii uses some of Australia and NZs finest seafood to put on a show, cutting, blowtorching and shaping each mouthful of sushi and sashimi.
Fujisaki’s 300+ strong list is curated by sommelier Annette Lacey and the wines are housed in a fully humidified and temperature-controlled wine room. There;s also a large range of sake, whiskies and cocktails.
The 140-seater takes advantage of harbour views with indoor and outdoor seating and has three private dining spaces, including a tatami room, to cater for the local corporate crowd.More

"Omakase at Fujisaki is a unique dining experience. Each time Yoshii-San creates a menu tailored just for you as he takes you through a journey through the intricacies and variations of his style of sushi.
Yoshii-San was trained in one of the top sushi restaurants in Tokyo and completed his apprenticeship in Fukuoka. In 1997, he arrived in Australia and opened his eponymous restaurant firstly in the Darling Harbour precinct, before moving to The Rocks in 2002. Yoshii-San is famous for his adherence to the edomae style of sushi to which he adds his own twist.
The seats for the Omakase experience is limited to 5 at a time. While intimate, you’ll still feel the energy of the main dining room.

The Lobo Plantation is primarily a premium cocktail bar with a deep and abiding love for all things rum. Don't worry though, we do stock all other major spirits as well as beer, wine, cider, etc. We have a bar menu available if you're feeling hungry however food is definitely not our major focus - we're all about the awesome cocktails and great service!More
