Made a reservation for aSaturday night for 5 and we were seated right away. It was all of our first time. We had two really picky eaters—my aunt who’s birthday we were celebrating and her son. The two do not like spicy or anything raw. I forgot our servers name but he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He led our service really well and put together a very delicious 4 courses of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian dishes— literally almost all of the dishes I’ve been wanting to try.

Cocktails throughout the course were great, strong yet flavorful! I started with the Nashi with pear vodka— light and refreshing. Then let our server pick out the next two. Second one was the Caipirinha of Brazil- didn’t think of ordering as the ones I’ve had before were just way too sugary—HOWEVER this one was amazing , great balance of flavors and garnished with a sugar cane. My last cocktail was the the Waygu Cocktail, an Old Fashion with Japanese Whiskey. Paired nicely when our meats came out, was definitely my favorite of the night. They have a huge selection of Sake and other cocktails/mocktails to try.

Our courses were a blend of all foods, a perfect tasting variety of many items on the menu. Starting with shishito peppers, green bean tempura and edamame with dipping sauces. Next we sampled 3 rolls, raw and cooked. My favorite was the raw salmon with kinkan honey, garlic ponzu and garlic chip. It was just so clean and flavorful -I probably would have ordered 2 more! We had a variety of proteins—seabass skewers, waygu, and churrasco to name a few. Side dishes included greens, Peruvian corn, and steamed rice.

It was plenty and filling for our group. He priced it about $50-$60 a person and kept it at that. Much respect to a server who can read a group of people with different tastes and guide us with confidence and ease through our meal.

Lastly we ended with Sata Andagi which is Peruvian chocolate Japanese donuts with red fruit coulis dots and sweet ice cream.

Overall good sushi with unique dishes. Must try the Sea Bass skewers and tuna tacos. Sashimi is good and fresh. Try the baked mozzarella roll, wonderful flavor and texture.

Very nice restaurant, that sat us in the back room which seems nicer than the front while walking through so I was thankful for that. Drinks were delicious and the waiter helped on making the best food selection. Everything came out delicious would eat here again in Vegas

Vegas prices—which means you pay a lot for good food, decent service, and seemingly elegant while somewhat cheap decor. I wouldn’t go again.

Over rated and over priced. For the listed combination, rolls lacked flavor. Cocktails too sweet and not balanced. Server Mark was very attentive, knowledgable and good.

Hi , I’m a local resident and visit your restaurant pretty frequently. When I’m in London I’m always doing reservation as well. Yesterday we went with our friends (8:30pm reservation for 4, my birthday) and received a horrible service. Our food was served super slow, the server forgot all the time our requests, the dirty plates stayed on our table at all time. The peak was when we ordered a doughnuts to go ( we couldn’t stand the way we were treated and decided to eat deserts at home ) , we ordered 2 portions, waited for them 25 minutes and then only 1 portion arrived, although we paid already . We requested to bring the second , waited additional 20 minutes , after that, the other server came and told us that 2 portions are packed in one box. We left home after 45 minutes waiting for desert ! But when we opened it at home in the box was only 1 portion ! It’s unacceptable treat people like that and charge for food that was not received . I felt horrible yesterday, I brought a friends couple to celebrate my birthday in your restaurant and literally our evening was ruined . Our server was nick , we sat on table 41/1, check number 4974.

This was a great surprise. I always new about the Japanese/Peru connection, but the addition of the Brazilian fare (mostly churrasco) was new to me. They have three separate kitchens, one for each style of cooking. The chefs do their own interpretations of the cuisines with great artistry and understanding of how tastes combine. The seaweed salad had three different approaches, the traditional wakame plus two others that I have never encountered before. Oishi! The portions were very generous. Everything we tried (and I wish we could have tried more!) was top quality.

Highly recommended.
