We have tried in the past to dine at Stovell's, but it's so popular you need to give about 2 weeks' notice. We did exactly that for our anniversary, and were not disappointed. Wonderful service, terrific food. I had the lobster and crayfish tail risotto, and my friend the steak. Would have given top marks for the food too, but too much citrus getting in the way of the shellfish. The desert made up for it though, chocolate and honeycomb mousse - staggeringly good.
