Sugar Factory American Brasserie is a 9,000-square-foot space offering both sweet and savory American culinary classics to the MB Financial Park Entertainment District in Rosemont.

Sugar Factory’s culture is a celebrated concept of food and drink menus that include perfectly executed classics, from eggs benedict and burgers to housemade flatbreads, savory steaks and pastas. Our more unique selections include Banana Split Crepes, Rocky Road Fondue and Red Velvet Pancakes. Sugar Factory also found a way to spike your favorite drinks by offering signature smoking candy goblets, and specialty martinis and cocktails, such as the Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan or Cherry Tootsie Pop. Creative candy inspired milkshakes and the famous King Kong Sundae round out Sugar Factory’s inspired menu.

Horrible customer service by both Sugar Factory and Open Table. We had reservations for our anniversary tonight. Drove 30 miles to get there. Place was shut down!! I even received a confirmation email yesterday to make sure I was coming. The restaurant next door told us Sugar Factory has been closed for weeks! What a con job! Do not go here and do not trust Open Table!

After confirming the reservation we drove 45 minutes and the restaurant was closed. Talking to the restaurant next door they have been randomly closing. They should have sent us a text letting us know

Went for an extra birthday celebration for my daughter’s 15th birthday. We went for lunch, and it wasn’t super busy. Michael was our server and he was great. He was super attentive and great with giving us extra time but also paid attention to when we were ready to order. Overall great experience.

The food is just ok. The drinks were great, but very expensive. The service was good. I was surprised since they add an automatic 20% tip on every party

Awesome!! My buffalo chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. I had five kids with me - they had the fun drinks. Everyone loved everything .

The waiter took too long in starting our order. My food did not come out the way I asked. Had to wait longer for our food because of this. Waited till check was given to us to refill drinks. Waiter paid attention more to bigger tables because of the bigger tip he was getting. We were not impressed by the food or service.

Our server, Amanda, was great. Food was great and my son loved the atmosphere. The management was horrible. We were seated quite a while after our reservation. I had witnessed several tables leave and was told that they’re just cleaning up a table for us- should only take a minute After waiting 15/20 min after that I asked for a manager and asked what the hold up was. She was extremely rude and told me that reservations aren’t really reservations- just placing our name on a waitlist and that if we don’t want to wait, we could leave. Not really an option after your show your five year old the fun candy restaurant and have a tight schedule to make it to your event in an hour and a half. We won’t go back simply because of the manager, I wish I remembered her name.
