Mediocre service and bland food. Won’t be returning.

It was New Years Eve and the restaurant was busy. I ordered a steak medium and it came out a very medium rare. The server ran it back to the kitchen and when it came back it was cooked perfect. This was our 8th or 9th time there and we will continue to go back.

We had put in a request to have Jerry as our waiter. Unfortunately, he was ill. We got Minoly instead and we were not disappointed in the least!! She's a GREAT waitress. The place was a little noisy. However, it was New Year's Eve and that;s to be expected. Overall HIGH MARKS for your entire staff

Food and service are consistently good. We’ve gone many times and will continue to do so. Nice atmosphere.

My friend and I were there New years eve at 5:00. The service was outstanding. The food not so much. I ordered blackened ribeye. It was not blackened or had any Cajun spice like you would have with a piece of fish. My friend's salmon was overdone. Not an enjoyable experience for the evening. They did offer us a dessert for our dissatisfaction with our meal. We have been there numerous times and this was the first bad meal we have had. I know this is only one bad experience but it will make me think twice when we choose a restaurant for dining out again.

Excellently prepared food and very courteous service. Food is always served hot.

The area we were seated was very cold, at first I thought there must have been an open door… The food was cold as well, possibly due to the fan or air conditioning blowing on us

We used to make going to Sterling Bistro a once a month event when we lived here a year ago. We came back and the Bourbon pork chops had no flavor. The potatoes were runny and unappetizing. The Cajun Ribeye was all fat and grisly as well as under cooked. We used to really enjoy this restaurant; hopefully they can get back to great food and service.

I'm so sorry to be writing my first and only negative review on this restaurant that we have loved for years. We are constantly recommending the lamb chops to people. But Saturday, there was zero sear on them and the resulting absence of flavor was a fairly severe disappointment given the over bill total. We are accustomed to getting what we pay for here, but that was not the case this weekend sadly.

As long as there don’t get waited on by Sara. got our drinks Wrong , forgot the salad, never saw her again until she asked for dessert. never asked if we wanted drink refills. asked for butter three times, the hostess got it. one of the meals was cold never found her, found the hostess to return and heat it up. If it wasn’t for the others helping, we would’ve walked out.

I’ve been coming here for years and they provide a very consistent experience, good food, good service, good value.

Great selection of menu items. Great happy hour until 6:30pm. Overall a very good experience and will go back.

Food is fantastic! Especially the surf and turf! Service was good but a little slow:)

We were celebrating our engagement, no interaction by the server, he did not even tell us his name, he barely talked to us and just sat our food on the table. We love coming here but the service was mediocre in this visit so I’m not sure if we’ll go back. Dissatisfied that I put the notes in my reservation and there was no intent to congratulating us or anything.

I was a little disappointed in the steak I ordered but the Brussel sprouts and salad were great.
Our waitress was excellent

i received the wrong item the waitress exchanged my order for the correct item however 1 piece of the chicken she delivered to me was RAW she took the chicken back had them recook it but everyone was already done with their order she didn't even offer a discount or anything we had to take a bite of the chicken to know it was raw it was sick

Nice experience as always - Broccoli appetizer was outstanding - one of the main reasons we came. Service was very good as well.

Great experience. Atmosphere was great. Everyone including the customers were very friendly. I Loved our waitress Nicole. Great service and good recommendations. Beef tips were excellent. Chilean Sea Bass and salmon were some of the best we’ve had. Thanks for a nice evening. We will definitely come back. 👍

The food never disappoints! However, the service, or lack thereof tonight, was a bit of a bummer. We had to ask for water refills on several occasions and basically force our server to clear our app plates. Also, we were never asked if we wanted another round of drinks.

It was also really warm in the restaurant.

We indicated we were there for a bday but had to remind them and ask if they did anything

Took an hr for our food , our order was 3 plates of the lobster tail specials and 1 order prime rib.

This visit completely made up for the previous Sunday's visit! Liz was EXCEPTIONAL!! The food was hot, delicious as always, served at the appropriate times, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without being rushed! It was HEAVEN, and Liz made it that way, after I explained my disappointment in service from the previous week. You guys are back on my first choice list, thanks to Liz!! I love Justin too, but he wasn't there that evening! I will be back, with MORE friends!!

Waitress did the minimum, food was average, nothing special. Wouldn’t visit again.

We enjoyed Sterling Bistro. Only issue we had was that the tonic in the vodka and tonics tasted different then we've received at different restaurants. Wine was great. Other than that the food was great.

This may just have been an off night for our server. He took a while to come to my table, and he seemed to be in a hurry, so I asked for a drink, and off he went. While he was there, he DID ask if I was waiting for someone. I told him that I was, he said ok, and scurried off. After he brought the drink, he didn't even stay at the table long enough for me to order any food, nor did he ask if I wanted to wait for my friend before I ordered. My drink was very weak & not much ice. (The drinks that I have had every other time were terrific!) When I caught him running by me the next time, I practically had to grab him to get him to stop at my table so I could find out his name, and even then, he said it as he continued to walk away. I didn't have any food the whole time I sat there! When my friend finally arrived about 30 minutes later, he seemed to run up to the table, looked right at her, and asked if her martini was ok, (He never once asked ME how MY drink was, and I was paying the bill!) I asked for a 2nd drink, because I thought that maybe the 2nd one would be better, but it was awful too. I just let it sit there. At that time, we ordered a calamari. He also brought my friend her 2nd drink, but for HER, he came back to ask her if it was ok, still not looking at me, then walking away once again. My friend finally had to ask him if he would come to the table a little more often. He didn't come back EVER to ask if we wanted to order DINNER, which is why we came there! He went to the hostess stand (near our booth) but only played with his phone. (I guess he thought that that was close enough to the table for us to see him). Since he never asked us if we wanted anything to eat, we finally just asked for the check. It was $40. I tipped him $20, and we left. I am in the business, and have been for over 40 years, and this was NOT good service. Luckily your food is so amazing that I came back the following week, and Liz made everything GREAT! Thank you for your time!

We were late for our reservations because if traffic, when we walked in they said they had just canceled our reservations, yet they still say us at a table the FOOD was awesome and the service was on POINT...

Went for my wife’s birthday dinner. We have been there at least seven or eight times and it’s been great each time. We also enjoy happy hour as well. Will be back

Wow , it was a great meal! We had a wonderful waitress, the martini’s were delicious and our entrees were all fantastic. We will be back!

Sterling's never fails, service, entrees, etc. Most of the time I have sea bass, had again, excellent. Friends, first time visit were highly impressed with everything. Quieter than usual, this was the last week before school starts. Bar area was quite busy.

Wonderful restaurant. Great food and nice ambiance. Always enjoy. Great professional, knowledgeable and pleasant service. Highly recommend.
