Each dish at the Diamond Grill combines flavors from both French and Cajun cultures. Specializing in steaks and seafood, its menu is a creation of Executive Chef William Leroux. It includes rib eye steak and red curry sea scallop entrées with Southern inspired appetizers and side dishes such as fried green tomatoes, garlic whipped potatoes and crab cakes. From its full-service bar, you can order a stylish cocktail such as an opal martini or a flaming Dr. Pepper.Located in an historical building, the Diamond Grill provides a casual but elegant dining experience.
