The Proud Cut Saloon and Steakhouse is a traditional steakhouse serving American classics and burgers in a casual location. Guests can stop in for lunch, or bring the entire family for dinner after a day of exploring Yellowstone. There's also a full bar that upholds the same Western traditions and values that the restaurant has provided for more than 27 years. Proud Cut Saloon and Steakhouse offers a variety of traditional recipes with a few modern bites thrown into the mix. Start with a bowl of thick clam chowder or French onion soup, or try the twice baked potatoes and spinach artichoke dip. For the main course, enjoy a flavorful, juicy steak, the prime rib, shrimp and pasta options. The burgers at Proud Cut Saloon and Steakhouse are made from grass-fed Black Angus, with the buffalo being a favorite choice. Try the chili for a spicy Western kick.
