The ladies started with the pumpkin cream soup with strips of ginger (7.9 euros) which was one of the best I’ve had, as good as my own homemade one. My appetite wasn’t big and while I wanted duck, my husband wanted the pork knuckle. They had a “roasting pan” dinner(27.50 euros) which included both plus a piece of roast pork, potato dumpling and red cabbage with apple bits. Our waiter allowed us to split the dish and the portion was perfect as was the flavour. We each had a beer, of course. The price of our evening was very reasonable.
