Spaghetti Tree - Walton on the Hill
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal on Father's Day. 7 of us in total and all of us enjoyed the occasion and food. Excellent service too.
Great food and service, we will be back
Excellent food and service but the clientele basically appeared out of control. We left before dessert as we felt things were heading in the wrong direction and we didn’t want to be around.
Lovely atmosphere on a Friday night with entertainment and dancing after a very tasty dinner!
Great food and great atmosphere with impeccable service.
Minor comment: round table was not stable. Needs to be fixed
Fantastic food and singer was amazing - thoroughly enjoyable evening!
No complaints. Very friendly attentive staff and food was enjoyed by all at our table.
This was a lively, busy night with a great atmosphere. Singer was good. Service was good, especially as it was so busy. Olives and bread at the table are a nice touch. Food lovely. Will come back soon .
Great food, lovely people, good value. Our local restaurant and always consistently good.
We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s 16th Birthday. It’s a shame the singer couldn’t do his set, but the girls still had a wonderful time x
Unfortunately the skate was so salty it spoilt the food
My friend had the lamb but it was not very tender
From first arrival this was a brilliant experience, we had the ladies who lunch package and were warmly welcome. The food was excellent, good portions and served very swiftly and our Prosecco glasses were never empty. The whole team were lovely.
Will definitely return.
Excellent food bit pricey ..........................................Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Food and service great as always noise but it was our choice to go when they had a singer who was excellent by the way
I only wish this restaurant was nearer to home as it would be my preferred place every time. The menu is huge and everything that I have ever tried has been perfection. I thoroughly recommend this place for the food the ambience, everything. Everybody is so helpful it is a wonderful place to go.
Thank you Spaghetti Tree for usual evening meals but for a fabulous 65th and also a fabulous 45th Wedding Anniversary Celebration.
Having been there several times before,it was very disappointing. The food was mediocre and unfortunately one member of our party was very sick into the early hours (probably the Sole we think).
If this experience had been our first, it most probably would have been our last.
However, we have enjoyed lovely meals there before and the venue and the staff are very pleasant so I’m sure we will go again
Dinner at the Spaghetti Tree was lovely - but it could definitely have been warmer in the restaurant and I have met friendlier waiters...
very nice position over looking pond at Walton on the Hill. Staff and service very good and food well priced and very good
Starting with out phone communications with the staff we were very impressed by their friendliness and willingness to be helpful, In person they are warm and charming too. This is a very un-pretentious family-oriented restaurant, the decor is stylish Italian without appearing exclusive. The menu covers all the Italian favourites from salads and meats, through pasta and pizzas, and everything else you would expect. Looking round the three-quarters full restaurant on an April Sunday lunchtime I reckon it seats about 60 people max at a mixture of 2, 4 and 6-seater tables.
All the food we ordered was delicious, particularly the meatballs and chicken risotto - full of flavour, very "more'ish", and we were very impressed with how light the risotto was - not at all stodgy, extremely yummy. The pizzas were excellent, but we wished we had ordered something more adventurous having tasted the other dishes!
Deserts were also delicious - much sharing going on.
The toilets were spotless too!
We'll be back in June for our next family birthday celebration.
There is no on-site parking but plenty of space in surrounding roads, and lots of countryside on the doorstep for post-postprandial walks.
Excellent food served by helpful & efficient staff on what must have been one of their busiest days of the year (Mothering Sunday lunch)
My family and I really enjoyed our lunch on Sunday , my son who is 9 especially enjoyed the magician
Lovely meal, Jacob was great entertainment, over all a very good night
I have eaten here frequently in the evening and always enjoyed it. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the lunch service.
The food was ok but the occasion was spoiled by banging from the kitchen as they continually bashed the baskets in their dishwasher. We asked for this to stop or shut the kitchen door and were told they could do nothing as they were getting ready for a busy evening. Seemed clear the lunchtime slot is not valued. So can recommend for the evening but not at lunch: disappointed.
Would have given 5 stars all round except had to wait to be seated until9pm with an 8.15pm reservation
Spaghetti Tree is fabulous. Everyone is always great, the food lovely and the people there are brilliant.. I would recommend it 100%.
Always great food and great service...our friends had never been before and loved it
Staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was excellent.Very patient with three ladies who hadn’t seen each other for a while!
The George Michael Tribute Act was very good.
Restaurant was buzzing.
Food was ok but not as " top notch/special" as on previous occasions unfortunately.
We had a good night out though.
Not accommodating to diet restrictions for one of us.
Towards the end of the evening it got quite cold.
Fairly expensive for so/so food.
10% tip added automatically.
Had been really looking forward to my first visit - won't be going for a second one.
Highly recommend this restaurant for all social occasions with delicious food.
Had a lovely meal at Spaghetti tree, the only downside was we felt rushed as they wanted the table !
Which was a shame as it was a special meal for us
Great ngt food was nice and great service can’t fault anything
We love this restaurant, service is always excellent and the food is fantastic. If you haven’t been before, you must visit. You will not be disappointed.
We had a lovely time meal was very tasty and well cooked and rhe service was ecellenr we will visit again.well done
Very nice place, great view of pond. A popular place would not have got a table if hadn’t booked first. Staff very attentive. Would eat there again oh and also food was great!
We popped in for a birthday treat for Sunday Lunch. The place was heaving! There are usually about thirty covers on a Sunday, there were over 100 this day! The place was buzzing with a great atmosphere. It was a bit noisy but everyone was having a great time and we could have a decent conversation without having to raise our voices.
Great to see people of all ages enjoying a meal out together. Quite a few celebrations.
The service was really good considering the pressure everyone must have been under. Tess was smiley and chatty.
Food was awesome as always (sea bass cooked to perfection, crisp vegetables and crunchy sauté potatoes).
To feed a family of five inc three teenagers with hollow legs and a few drinks was £100. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you! See you again soon.
An excellent meal. We enjoyed a really great evening.
Used to enjoy going to this restaurant for a special occasion, but sadly felt as if we were doing them a favour dining in the restaurant.
We were a party of 4 and it was a special occasion for my Sons Birthday. We booked the early evening sitting and the restaurant had set a table in a dark corner next to the back door. Being up against the glass windows and door, despite there being curtains was not a warm experience in February. there was no light over the table and we ended up having to read the menus using the Torch function on a mobile phone!
Despite the early evening sitting, the service was not exactly fast. One of the main dishes on the Menu is the Lamb shank, my son was looking forward to this but upon ordering was told it was not available.
Pretty poor considering this is one of the main dishes printed on the menu and this was early on a saturday evening. We also ordered a bottle of sparkling water for the meal but had to ask again for it as they had overlooked it.
Didn't bother with dessert or coffee, Despite spending over £150.00 I didn't think they deserved any more.
So sadly this restaurant is now off my list of places to go.
Nice meal , quick service. Food was delicious . Was quiet on the evening . Still nice & good waiting staff
