Good food, nice ambiance as we had a table in front of the fire place. Amber was our server and she was excellent.knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions.
The good - prime filet and cod were both excellent. Setting, fireplace, views and wine were all lovely.
Not so good - the accompaniments- potatoes, veggies etc were cold on both our plates. One party brought a large dog into the crowded restaurant and barked and whined all evening at a very loud level. Server forgot to put in our desert order, after half hour he realized his mistake and brought it with a free espresso.
All in all - good, but not great. Expect a bit better service at this price level.
Excellent staff, wine and delicious food with appropriate portions! Would most definitely go back and recommend to others!
Really good food. No kidding. Great location.
The view was great. (We had a table reserved with a view of the lake) we were also asked if we wanted to be by the fireplace. It was perfect.
Our hostess and our waitress were amazing. Very welcoming and kind with wonderful service all around from the options of seating with the view to food recommendations and wine pairings. Very pleased.
The food was delicious. Soup wasn't hot enough for our liking however the flavor was great.
Our main entrees were delicious. And delicious doesn't do it justice. One of the best meals we have personally ever had. Well worth every penny for the entire experience.
The food was excellent! The entire staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Looking forward to returning and exploring a few other items on the menu.
Gorgeous location, ultra friendly staff. Great wines, all the food I've had there is wonderful. The spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti with meatballs, clams, were all really good. I also was married at Tsillan Cellars and the buffet Sorrento's puts together is amazing!
Service was a little slow. At first we thought we were in no mans land. My wife needed more water but no one came by for a long while. The food and wine were excellent as was the setting.
Food quality excellent at a reasonable price. Spectacular view of Lake Chelan and surrounding orchards. Whole new staff since I was there in May, and not well trained yet.
When I made reservations I mentioned that we had a birthday to celebrate and would like a table close to view if possible. We received a great table, but they did not recognize there was a birthday. Our server did his best but with the restaurant full, he had too many tables to wait on and the service was slow. The food was ok, but nothing to rave about. The two wives ordered sea scallops, but they were under done and smelled very strong. I had shrimp with pesto on the pasta, and the pesto was over powering the entire meal. They had put so much in the bowl that it was like pesto gravy that consumed 75% of the bowl. The dessert was good but we had to ask several times why it was taking so long. It was the same for the check, and we had to ask the sever and chase him down to give him our credit card. We were disappointed and will probably never return.
Great place with a great view. The food was delicious!
Sorrento's is our favorite restaurant in the Chelan area and one of our very favorite in Washington! Truly outstanding food preparation; the service is always friendly and efficient and, of course, the view is spectacular!
Great food and beautiful scenery!
Awesome view of the lake! The ambiance being next to the open patio is the best.
We had an overall wonderful time at Sorrento's Ristorante. The food was excellent and beautifully presented to us. The menu had a lot of great dishes to choose from and the level of quality is outstanding. The Charcuterie plate was an excellent value and great variety. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio dining and our waiter was very attentive and accommodating.
Love this restaurant. Atmosphere food servers and view are amazing!
Dinner was amazing hostess accommodated is by seating us outside with a lake view for our anniversary dinner. Scallops were amazing for an appetizer. My wife and I both had the fillet and it was really good, will definitely go back again. Wine was amazing as well we went back the next day for wine tasting and became wine club members.
Asked to be change tables because of an overly load and disruptive guest. Staff accommodated our request immediately and our dinner was first class
Food and wine are fabulous, and the view is incomparable. We truly enjoyed our dining experience (so much that Monday was actually a repeat of dinner on Sunday!).
Food was poor. Pizza tasted like spaghetti o’s sauce, my chicken was tough and looked like it was microwaved. Service was unfriendly and waitress was difficult.
Our annual dinner! Always love coming here on our annual Chelan trip. Amazing views, wine, and food. This year was no exception. Highly recommended.
We were celebrating our 54th anniversary and someone suggested Sorrento’s Ristorante. We were staying at Campbell’s resort in Chelan, and so drove there at noon. It was on a Wednesday and so we got to enjoy a fashion show in addition to our delicious lunch. Our waitress, Tracy, recommended dishes for each of us and they were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, and highly recommend Sorrento’s
Amazing place with wonderful view!!!
Beautiful setting. Kid friendly. Great service and food. Had the filet mignon. Red wine outstanding.
Loved our table. The view is so pretty. It is a must.
Great experience! Will be back for sure next summer.
The wife and I love this place! Breakfast lunch or dinner it is top notch! The wine is pretty amazing also!
We were seated promptly at a table that you would think would have a great view. There were too many tall trees blocking the view. Also, the location is a walkway with people strolling by on a regular basis making it very hard to have a nice quiet meal. Placing the best view seats behind the walkway just ruins the ambiance of the whole thing.
A bottle of white wine was delivered and poured. It was in an ice bucket but must have been stored previously in an oven. It was warm for the first pour.
We ordered our meals and waited and waited. When they came, we were served both the salad and main course together. What do you do, eat the salad and let the main course get cold, or eat the main course and let the salad wilt? I started with the main course. Oops, it was already cool upon arrival. I sent it back. I began eating the salad and a short time later the main course arrived, hot this time.
Oh, did I forget to mention that we didn't receive the appetizer we ordered, at all? One of the reasons we chose this restaurant for celebrating our wedding anniversary was the appetizer we had there before. Then we didn't get it.
For the most part, the meal was flavorful, but the chaos going on due to a wedding taking place and people walking all around the whole time, pretty much diminished the enjoyment we would normally have. Wedding guests, wedding photographers, and other customers walking close by constantly, really ruined the evening. If there are going to be front row view seats, the view shouldn't be interrupted continually by folks standing or walking close by between you and the view. And then some of those folks think nothing of just staring and inspecting what you're eating. Kind of hard to enjoy a "private" time with whomever you're with.
The wait staff was pretty good considering how busy they were. However, the server took the order and should have known what was wrong and what was missing. It was a disappointing experience.
Obviously the ambiance is significant to the venue. Service was good. All of the courses came out at the same time which is a little distracting, made me wonder if the entrees had been pre-cooked.
The restaurant is associated with, and adjacent to, the Tsillan Winery. You dine in a lovely, open, Tuscan-style pavilion overlooking Lake Chelan. Even on a hot day, as it was when we had lunch there, the temperature is moderate. Our pasta dishes were really superb. We accompanied lunch with a bottle of the winery’s Syrah. While it was just OK, everything else about our meal was happy-making.
Wonderful evening. Service was prompt, food was delicious, all staff recognized that it was our Anniversary which was sweet, and made us feel special on our night out.
It was the first day of our Alaskan highway journey starting from Seattle. Originally we were planning to drive up north to Vancouver from Seattle but decided to frop Chelan lakebone night only because of dining at Sorrento’s. It was so happy time!!
I brought my senior lady friend there to celebrate her 96 th birthday. Everything was great and she truly had a great time. The food was excellent and the view was fabulous Thank you
We felt Sorrentos was one of the best restaurants in the Lake Chelan area. The ambiance, food and service were excellent! We really enjoyed the seafood pasta and chicken marsala. Our waiter, Nicco was extremely attentive without being overbearing.
We had terrific service, delicious food, wonderful wine and amazing views of the lake. We really couldn’t ask for anything more.
Sorrento’s always delivers on exceptional service and wonderful food. The wine and the view, never disappoint!
Service was slow at first but then a quick turn around when they noticed we had not been served for 23 mins.
Perfect. Fresh and perfectly cooked food and great service
The views are spectacular and the service is exceptional. Food is not great but it passes as ok. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s a wonderful experience.
The service and food was amazing! The view was impeccable. There is stuff for kids to do to keep them occupied until the food came. Definitely would go back.
