The traditional arches and Mughal paintings of this newly renovated dimly-lit eatery add a further touch of warmth to the contemporary furnishings and create a combination of refreshing and comfortable surroundings and reminds of cultural ties with Indo-Pakistan. The background music of traditional Indian classics adds a refined yet energizing romantic touch to the food we serve to our valued customers.

Very nice ambiance, good menu. In my view, the Mulligatawny Soup should be improved, but the mixed grill was excellent and very good value.
Nice ambience and great food. Service on point and parking available.
Found this Indian restaurant on Open Table, as that was the type of cuisine we wanted, within an easy walk of our hotel. The staff could not have been nicer, and the food was fantastic. A lot of lamb dishes, and seafood, with a range of spice/heat levels offered. Indian desserts were also very tasty. HIGHLY recommend.
although the food qulity and service are relatively good, I think the ambiance could be overwhelming. a bit pricier that you might expect
Fernando was great. Great food and reasonably priced.
Food was perfect, 10/10. Service was also excellent, waiters very friendly. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful!
The bhindi bhaji slapped. Mango Lassis were dank (good dank). Service was fire. Excellent date location - take your lover here and propose to them.
Sat next to 2 tables of one group constantly getting up and moving around, noise level very high. Disappointed with the quality of food, well below average and extremely disproportionately priced given the quality. Not my favourite. One redeeming feature was the staff, who were lovely.
We love this place, very spacious, friendly service, good food and a really relaxed vibe. They looked after me, especially on my birthday!
Good location but very ordinary food, not worth the price.
Great food and service I intend to revisit this restaurant soon. I visited with a group of knowledgeable Indian eaters and everyone was impressed with how tender the meat was.
Fantastic food and lovely people. Will definitely be back.
regular customers for many years, the food is always just outstanding!
Very nice. Will defiantly be back!!
Everything was perfect from start to finish. Good place for a date with good ambience and good food.
Standard of food was very poor. Instead of making fresh starter items to order, they were pre cooked and reheated, hence very dry with hard skin.
Main course had no taste and bland.
only Naan bread and Salad was ok.
We went for my Mrs Birthday. She enjoyed it so that’s what mainly counts. The food was great. I had asked for them to arrange a cake but they didn’t. The mocktails were below average and the juices were out off cartons. They should atleast use Shezan Mango juice rather than Rubicon.
The food and atmosphere here is amazing. Will definitely return
Service was very very good
Best Indian Tandoori ever! The chicken tikka masala and okra were exceptional as well. Great service and ambiance.
Very good Indian food. Great atmosphere. Service was a bit spotty.
Lovely restaurant with delicious food and attentive service
Great service and very accommodating server
Food very good and staff lovely, but it was a bit quiet
Very nice restaurant and decor, service was good but overall think the food didn’t live up to the price tag. Maybe due to its location but even with a great offer was still very pricey
Really good service!
Good food, ambience can be better. A little expensive overall!
Fantastic restaurant, great dishes. Have a superb evening. Thank you. Would go again.
By far the best Indian Food I've had! Everything tasted so flavorful and authentic. I'm a very picky eater with high standards and this place nailed it. If you're in London and want amazing Indian Food with incredible Indian Decor to backup the experience, come to Shezan!
We are visiting and wanted some great London Indian food. We were exhausted from a long trip and wanted to be somewhere comfortable. The restaurant is downstairs and very cozy. They have a coat check if your coat is heavy or wet. Service was very attentive and friendly. The food was great and really hit the spot. I’d come back for sure if we had the time.
The granddad of all Indo/Pakistani restaurants in the UK!
Family owned for 5 generations and service to make you feel at home.
Truly the only choice for Indo/Pakistani food in all of Europe not just the UK!
Great to grab a bite to eat while waiting to check into our hotel. Very very good food!
My favourite place! Always going back for their butter chicken and lamb biryani.
Tradional indian atmosphere
Very good food and mood was great too.
Location is a little odd, tucked away in side street (not that it’s a problem), and prices are bit of a high side.
Overall good, would go again.
Friendly service and excellent food. I love Indian food and I was very pleased with Shezan!!
An oasis of tranquillity with sumptuous authentic cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients. Very kind and hospitable team.
Very kind hosts and exceptional authentic food.
Great food, attentive service!
Very tasty food and nice servers...we have an enjoyable night with family
