Sexy Fish was amazing! The food was simply delicious and the highlight of my meal was probably the miso salmon. Our hostess Sylvia was fantastic and she spared no effort to make sure we enjoyed our meal and evening. Highly recommended.

Everything I ordered was absolutely stunning! We really enjoyed our meal and the service.

I absolutely LOVE sexy fish. The staff are always so attentive and the food is divine!!

A really lovely facility however we were disappointed that two of the items on a five item list were missed. The fish on one of the dishes was overcooked as well.
The staff were very welcoming, however I'm not sure I found the table service as attentive.
I'd go again only on the premise that others have had a much better experience

Wait staff looked extremely unhappy (in particular females). They took very lightly a dietary requirement. Food was mediocre at best. The portions of food were very small and the quality is not there for the price tag. The music was deafening and had to shout to communicate with other diners at your table. It was almost like a factory fast food restaurant.

Waiter suggested that for cocktails I would like pink drinks because I’m female.... and that we have the 10 course tasting menu as that would be ‘easy for me, easy for you’.

We got that menu and it had clearly all been made in advance and didn’t seem very fresh and wasn’t particularly tasty.

It was by far the was the most disappointing meal I’ve had at that level of spend. Some of the other staff were lovely, however given disappointing food and service at very expensive prices I definitely won’t go again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Excellent service, quality & atmosphere.

We have been before but sat at counter in kitchen which we lived. This time we were seated at a table next to bar below DJ area (yes there is a DJ), which was a very different experience. Throughout our entire meal various staff hovered over our table and near our table which made the meal feel incredibly rushed. Dishes were removed the minute you sat your chopsticks down. Often clean plates replaced for no reason which felt very wasteful. The table next to us finished, paid their bill, and within seconds the table was cleaned and new guests seated. Which made us feel as if they were waiting for us to finish up as well.
Food is very good, but I would say the Miso Black Cod not as good as I remembered the first time.
Bottom of cod filet was brown(bruised)? Which was not as special for the £42 price tag. The spicy tuna roll seems prepared in advance vs fresh hand rolled.

The restaurant is also incredibly loud, so good luck with conversation. We’ve had our fun so might be time to try another spot.

Was going to birthday Concert, food was lovely but needed more choice of sides ....

Amazing food and service

Loved the food, especially King Crab and bone marrow, wow!

Arrived on time and the only person booking guests in was having an argument with a guest who thought she had a booking but had not. This took nearly 10 mins to resolve, while a long queue built up behind me. The restaurant should have had another person who could book guests in.

As usual at Sexy Fish the food was excellent, however the service was not. When you order you are told that all your food will come from the kitchen when it is ready. That’s OK, but when they totally forget one dish which you need to ask for and when one dish comes after they have started to clear away the plates you eat from and about 20 mins after all the other dishes have arrived it is not great. I asked them to knock the very late dish off the bill and sent it away.

We did not bother to complain at the time, as that always puts a “downer” on your night out, but I did email and complain the next morning that the bill had not had the rejected dish removed. Over 24 hours later and no reply. They need to improve.

Music way too loud, the service is appalling (got my drink 30 mins after the others after reminding waiters a few times) and the atmosphere is like a cheap bar with a lousy crowd...

I went with a group of girlfriends and it was perfect atmosphere. Servers were very friendly. Food was good: and served in a timely fashion. Overall a great experience and yes we will repeat
