It was ok. No big deal. I thought the restaurant would be prettier. The salmon was ok, not great. One of the sauces with the Calamai was ranch dressing. I thought that was odd. They only had one steak, the ribeye, and it was good. I don’t like anyone placing my menu down on top of my napkin and silverware (think of all the germs on the menu) and they did that when seating us. Just a lot of missteps. It was disappointing.
My favorite restaurant!
This Klyde Warren Park location is a great vantage point for the 5 + acre urban park space. Start with the Texas eggrolls with Shrimp, corn, jalepeno, black beans and cilantro. I can recommend the Scallops, the Braised short ribs and the Atlantic salmon with the chimichurri sauce and rainbow carrots with a vege puree. Attentive service without being over the top.
Savor has an excellent location. The food was very well prepared and excellent in presentation, but we felt the serving size was small for the price. Their signature grapefruit gin cocktail was very tasty so we had two.
Service was very informative and positive, but there were long spaces of no one coming to the table. Drinks took a little to get to the table, etc.
Our server did an excellent job! Our server did an excellent job!
Beautiful restaurant in a great location. The food was outstanding and the drinks were creative executions of classic cocktails. Highly recommended.
They were incredibly accommodating for our large party. In addition, having the opportunity to have cocktails before dinner outside was wonderful. It was the perfect evening. We had someone with a food allergy and they were so willing to jump in and help make sure she was taken care of. Food was fantastic and our service was exceptional. Thank you!
We went on a Saturday night as the location is great for people watching. We had the crab cakes, spinach & artichoke dip, chicken pesto pasta, and Brussel sprouts. There was a slight issue that was resolved immediately & graciously, and the service was great. Overall, I was super impressed, and would definitely recommend it as a low-key date night (fun to walk around downtown after).
Great food, great service, beautiful setting. The chef came out and asked how everything tasted, was a nice touch. The Savor cocktail (with walnut bitters!) was delicious!
Wonderful atmosphere and view, enchanted local Dallas skyline. Nice bar, attentive staff. Nice mix of diners casual and dressy. Some larger tables if needed but most 2-4 top. The calamari appetizer was probably the best in the city, large sizes with outstanding crust and not a bit of chew! Kale salad with chicken equally light and wonderful arrangement of flavors. EZ close valet service and walking distance on a nice night to Myerson Symphony and Wyly/ATT Performing Arts Center.
Truly one of downtown Dallas' premier dining spots. They also are active and support many of our charity causes locally.
Try it once; you will be a Savor expert/favorite overnight.
Excellent food and service in a lovely setting overlooking the park. We will be back often!!
Cool place with a nice view and elevated food and cocktail options.
Savor is the best restaurant in Dallas in a beautiful setting . The food and the service are both outstanding. Chris is simply the best. He made the experience better.
Chef Luke hit it out of the park, yet again. Had friends from out of state visiting us and had to share a fantastic meal with them and show off Chef Luke's talent. From the wine section, the tasty appetizers, main course ( I had the salmon, friends had the scallops) which was delicious, to decadent desserts!
Service was outstanding!
We will definitely be back and bring more friends to experience the AMAZING dishes and awesome service.
Absolutely gorgeous setting. Server was over worked for our party of 15. Food took forever and was cold when served. Most of us didn’t finish our meals. Nothing was comped for delays or poor food. Server was really kind and yet it was clear he needed help.
The food want all that amazing for the price. Brussels sprouts were great. Sea bass , my favorite tasted more like a salmon to the point I had to question the waiter. It was fine. Service was great until we got close to the end and they where distracted. I love the place I just might choose something else next time.
It was the perfect day for patio dining and Savor didn’t disappoint! Love going tgere at night, or during the day. Food is always great!
Wait staff good, but service was very slow during time when restaurant not busy. Other tables served more quickly. Plates were hot but food barely warm. We expected more, especially knowing who the executive chef is.
We have dined here 3-4 times but always for inner. We tried going for brunch. The food was excellent my only criticism was the limited brunch menu. I still go my jalapeño mac and cheese, it was amazing as ever.
First time at Savor.
Celebrated daughters birthday
Being a Sunday evening, was great as place was quite (sure most nights place is packed)
Great food and service was excellent.
Sides of Brussel Sprouts, mixed vegetables and cornbread were the best.
All entrees were perfectly prepared. Our party had the salted turkey, salmon, eggplant and 48 hour short ribs.
Beautiful airy place to enjoy the dallas downtown and the park..with romance too if you need a fun date spot.
Everything was great! Food was spectacular. The service was impeccable--they were very amenable to an indecisive bunch of diners. Luke, the Executive Chef, was very kind and gracious with his time. Same to our waiter, Jose. Everyone loved the calamari and pizza, two dishes commonly seen at other establishments that are uniquely done to perfection at Savor. Big fan of the Sea Scallops. The Carrot Cake dessert was similarly exceptional. Highly recommend!
Savor never disappoints. The good, service and ambiance are top notch. It’s the place I always think about when taking someone special out to dinner.
The new chef has updated and improved the menu. The view is always outstanding.
Beautiful vistas through the glass windows. Service was very good. Food was okay. Food delivered was not as described on the menu. Drinks were quite pricey.
