We were seated essentially in the bar even though I’d made s reservation specifically stating regular seating. The occasion was my birthday. There was no way to accommodate our request to move. The manager ended up bringing us a bottle of champagne to celebrate to make up for the seating issue.
Amazing spot. Great drinks and outstanding service!
Food was okay this time around and it was warm. Understand the restaurant is busy but no one wants warm food. Somewhat disappointed since this was not my first dining experience but my god sister joined me and she was excited about going for brunch. If you work on ensuring the food is hot this can easily be five stars across the board.
This is an incredible place to go. Ambience is 11/10, incredibly lovely and calm. Food came out perfect and in a timely matter.
This place is SO cute! I went for lunch with a work colleague. The food was good. The service was good. The patio looks awesome - I would have loved to have sat outside, but it was too hot. I would love to go back for dinner!
Exceptional lunch and quick but not rushed. Will be back!
Service was a bit slow. An order of two medium eggs and bacon was forgotten and took a while before it came out. Then, the eggs were over cooked when they came out and weren’t even eaten.
I had a birthday brunch party and I really appreciate the service. They gave us a big table, were able to accommodate my 3 last minute additions and we weren't cramped. Food came out fast and tasty and the server really kicked butt in keeping us all taken care of. Great experience!!
Love this place. The brunch was amazing and the peach Bellinis were top notch
Great food and incredible service. Decor is perfect and museum upstairs is an added bonus!
The food was fabulous. The service was deplorable. The bartender was harried, confused and inattentive. The waiter went from giving us space to getting lost.
Appetizers and wine. Perfect before a concert. Thanks.
Great place but terribly slow service even on slow nights
Beautiful experience celebrating a birthday at St Ann! Will definitely return to sit on their patio and have dinner.
Backstreet Boys concert for the girls.
We got there and took our time to order and then was told by our waitress they were out chicken entree and the pasta entree. The host was supposed to tell us that information. There was one valet and he wasn’t very efficient.
First time I’ve had horrible service. Asked for bread, never got it until our dinner. Just got our salads and then saw a food runner almost bring out our entrees until he noticed we just got our apps so it went under a heat lamp. Then still brought lamp heated entrees while eating salads (which aren’t cheap) along with bread (no point by then when asked when we were having our first drink). Drinks took forever so only had 2. She even told us we need to order drinks quickly if we want another because the bar was behind. Finally, had to find our server to ask for our check because we sat for so long waiting. We honestly thought she went on a break mid meal. Not impressed. It was extremely hot in the restaurant throughout the whole meal where my friend could barely eat she was so uncomfortable. It felt like there was absolutely no circulating air. We live in Texas...
I felt dissapointed. I booked a 5:45 for 4 of us. Waited an outrageously long amount of time for our drinks. So bad that our appetizers came out first! One gal had not made up her mind on food and waiter didnt come check.bacj
We had to tell one of the runners to come get him. We Uber from Prosper here so we could drink and eat awesome food and left with 2 drinks in our belly after being there since 5:45 until 7:30. Not only that we had to wait 10 minutes to get seated .... the table was free the entire time it is not like they were in the weeds when we got there. Tables all around us got mixed drinks before us and they were saT AFTER us. My friend the one missing her order asked for the chicken and mash plate and the waiter came back after 10 min to tell her they were out of chicken... HOWEVERRRR they could do roasted cauliflower with chicken pieces... like is the chicken frozen??? And they have some chicken and none of the other? I didnt understand. At least we got dessert on thw house and the waiter was very apologetic at the end. I just dont understand how if your bar is ao far behind that your waiter cant come back and say hey sorry thats gonna be a while so id recommend to start with a moscato or any wine for that matter. Also the crosstinis were wayyyyy too hard and we got offered bread that never made it to the table. Overall i felt rapped paying 80 bucks for this whole mess... beautiful building nonetheless
Delay to be seated even with reservation. Drinks were good. Food was average. Server seemed very busy and forgot things for which he was apologetic.
The food is great, and the ambiance is great as well. This is/was one of my favorite places in Dallas. However, the service is terrible. We sat for around 15 minutes before our waitress came to greet us and get our drink order. And each time she would leave our table, we started to have a running joke of how long it would take before we saw her again. The food runner brought our food out, and we wanted an extra condiment. We were already almost half way done with our meals before the waitress came up to even ask how our food was. And then by the time she brought the extra condiments, we were done with our meals. Also keep in mind it was about 98 degrees. So it would've been a little more okay if we were sitting in 80 degree nice weather. All in all, great food, great music, great atmosphere - horrible service.
Great atmosphere and food was good too!
Wonderful brunch per usual! Beautiful patio, excellent service and great food!
Absolutely loved the food and the atmosphere
Hated where they sat me...right next to the kitchen.
Fantastic food! The service was on point and everyone was incredibly friendly. I also was impressed at the perfect Aperol spritz. We’ll come back again!
Service was excellent, started out with the salmon appe
The restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately our server must have had something going that day. We were there 15 min or longer before the server came. Once she took our drink and food orders, she told several orders and ours was last.
They were considerate to lower the music when requested.
The spices were unusual for my taste.
The museum was amazing.
Everyone has different taste and opinions, everyone needs to make their own decisions. Thank you B
It was our first time dining here. Our server showed up immediately asking us what we wanted to drink. No greeting. No acknowledgement of our special occasion. He was hardly accessible majority of the evening like he was hiding. At the end of the night when we asked if there was bags to take our to go bags he responded, "No."
Austin was our server and he was amazing!
Saint Ann’s is now on my favorite restaurants in Dallas. Loved this place!
Initial seating suggestion was in the quirky corner, but our request for a table was easily accommodated. Ordered our food (mine was the black bean soup, very good, and the cheese grits). The grits I barely touched because they were molded together, warm (not hot) and essentially lacking flavor. Without notice the table was cleared and check was paid.
Typically we have had wonderful food and experiences. This was an outlier but we recommend staying away from the grits.
Food was amazing, as usual. The restaurant was warm when we were seated but the manager quickly remedied that. After ordering our wine, the waitress made a suggestion for a different sauvignon blanc; however, when we asked additional questions (i.e. where it’s made, price) she was unable to answer them. She seemed irritated that we had questions about the menu. This is not typical of Saint Ann and unfortunately left a bad impression.
It was just ok, nothing special. Service was good. Loud and warm .
Reservation was for indoor seating, however seated outside😤
When addressed with hostess, I was told they’re booked however another option would be sit at the bar! OpenTable menu seems delicious but to much dismay the “Daily Menu” is only served Monday- Friday. My reservation was made for 2:30 to avoid Brunch Menu, doesn’t matter was still only offered the brunch menu!! So ridiculous!! Thankfully the waitress was sweet and the live band made my daughter laugh.
Great place for brunch. Eggs Benedict were greay
There was some misunderstanding and restaurant week was over. However the manager was very helpful and comped us some appetizers. House salad was wonderful but the main course was somewhat disappointing. The ambience is wonderful and the service was also great
Will probably return but just stick to happy hour and appetizers
The restaurant food and service was over the top amazing! The only critique I would have is that the temperature is HOT. If you are hot natured and going on a sunny summer day, just be prepared. Lol
Everything was great, from the food to drinks to atmosphere. Will definitely return.
The CBLT was amazing!
