Brought 2 friends who spend time in Spain for dinner, and it was fabulous, as always - they said the pane con tomate and paella were better than any they've had in Spain! Catherine helped us and she is just the best!!! The sommelier was also helpful, and very, very interesting to talk to about both Spain and Mexico! The room and view are, of course, lovely - breaking up the larger room with the bookshelves was brilliant! We shared the appetizer and it was a great start! The boys had paella - loved it!, I had the baramundi - excellent, and our other friend had the shrimp. We got 2 orders of churros for dessert, and they were as yummy as always! We will all be back many times!!!

My friend group was looking for a great spot to watch the sunset. We found it! The restaurant provided a géré at patio atmosphere in a beautiful setting. The food and the sunset were both incredible. The service was top notch too.

A fantastic dinner at Trilogy by Eagle Mountain! Great atmosphere, excellent food, and a refreshing dining experience. The Fountain Hills area desperately needs more innovative and interesting dinner options, and this is exactly the kind of experience we'd love to see more of. It's great to have somewhere local that offers something a little different. Looking forward to returning!

Outrider Rooftop Lounge sits on the seventh floor of Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town, with 180-degree views over Old Town and a straight look at Camelback Mountain. It's a cantina-style bar with a desert oasis feel, fire pits, lounge seating and desert-inspired murals, right next to the rooftop pool.
