Automatic 18% gratuity will be added to all checks.
Whenever there is an excessive weather advisory posted for our area, 4 Eagle Ranch reserves the right to suspend wagon rides for the safety of our guests, our staff and our horses. If the rides are suspended for this reason, the cost for dinner will be discounted.

From the heart of Michelin-starred Chef/Owner Johnny Curiel comes Alteño. Curiel’s newest creation pays homage to his Jaliscan Highland roots and traditions, incorporating a mix of heritage flavors and rustic preparations that spotlight the cuisine and culture of the iconic Los Altos de Jalisco. The spirit of Johnny’s restaurateur father, the original Alteño, is felt in the very soul of the restaurant.

The campestre influence woven throughout Alteño is inspired by Johnny’s childhood spent in the mountainous region of Los Altos, known for its rolling hills, historic colonial architecture, and wild, untamed land. Chef Johnny and his partner and wife, Kasie, developed the beverage program balancing top-shelf, native Mexican flavors and agave spirits like raicilla and mezcal, with classic cocktails and a wine list that includes a selection of Mexican, European and American wines overseen by Alteño’s in-house sommelier.

Premium All You Can Eat Sushi in Thornton, Colorado!

We do not accept reservations at this time, as we are first come - first serve. Our online waitlist is available from 4:30pm-10:30pm every day on the OpenTable app. We have an 8 guests maximum per group. Please call the restaurant if you have a party larger than 8 people, though we cannot guarantee larger parties will sit down together at same time or same area. Once your group is called, please come back within 10 minutes as we will need to move on to the next group on the waitlist.

When we say we have been to Chubbyfish every week we mean it; this place brings us back as valued customers and even thou people come and go the CORE remains. Peter, Max, J, Kaden, Oli, juila, and MIKE. This place is our favourite as the food is epic and the service is great but it’s the PEOPLE who make it what it is. It began as a pop-up in NYC & NJ, then evolved as a stall in a Denver food hall. It lived up to all the press. Best wings ever. The signature salted egg French toast was perfect for dessert for a 4:00 meal. We liked everything about it. Easy parking, excellent service, ambience, and fun and delicious food. I will look forward to my next visit.
