Golden Bear Station is a New American restaurant that offers a unique perspective through the lens from the owners of Animo and Mu Ramen.

Mu Ramen and Animo owners Joshua Smookler and Heidy He have received exceptional recognition, including a prestigious 2-star review from the New York Times in 2015. The New York Times also dubbed them as the best ramen in NYC, while Eater named them the best ramen in America in 2016. Animo, on the other hand, has been praised by the San Francisco Chronicle and recognized as one of Esquire's Best New Restaurant in America in 2022. Both restaurants have earned a place and acknowledgement in the Michelin guide.

Absolutely 10 out of 10! Highly recommend. Every item we ordered was delicious! The presentation was beautiful. The service was excellent & everyone was so very attentive & made you feel at home. A must stop if you are in the Napa area. It is a culinary experience!

Food and cocktails so delicious and inventive! The onion in the Gimlet was incredible. Tuna appetizer perfect. Everything is perfectly seasoned and prepared. Loved it.

We weren’t sure what to expect. Very small space with a limited menu. We were really happy with both our meals and the experience. We had both the blistered snap peas and the asparagus. Both were delicious and nicely presented. My wife’s duck was perfectly cooked with an interesting and tasty fish sauce…an unexpected and delicious combination. My pork t-bone was just right, sliced but with the bone next to the meat. The server invited me to pick it up and gnaw on it. It was good enough that I was tempted. A butterscotch Pot de Crème topped off a lovely meal.

Wonderful experience trying the Bar Menu! Everything was beautiful, delicious, and the service and attention to detail was impeccable. Can't wait to come back someday for the full dinner experience!

This was a meal I will never forget (in a good way😊) The incredible experience was not just the food and service, but like a carefully choreographed award winning Broadway play! We were met by the Som and greeted with bubbles, our waiter was the bomb -Adam, he was awesome from start to finish, bussers were Andreas and Patience - EXCELLENT -Lilly was one of the pastry Chefs and there were so so many more excellence excellent members of Chef Rogelio’s team!  he was amazingly down to earth, and clearly the orchestra leader of this production. I know I haven’t talked about food because there was too many items to recall, and they were each complex and delicious in their own way. Can’t wait to go back.!!

This place never disappoints. The food is always consistently delicious as you can tell they buy quality ingredients. The service is on point as you have a main server but they are a team, happy to pitch in to make your dining experience pleasurable .

Lovely outdoor seating, wide selection of food for our group of 6 adults and good children’s menu for 2 littles. Servers very polite and attentive. Food was delicious.

Please note that our covered, heated terrace is open all year and super 'dog friendly' during lunch and brunch hours - during dinner in the colder months we enclose the terrace and it's considered part of the dining room.
